I had similar challenges to another reviewer. They would give an estimated time, miss that time, not proactively inform me and didn't seem to care about any inconvenience to me. Then I got quite upset when they delivered the wrong item in a heavy crate that took up half of my garage. They left it here for weeks! They forced me to deal with their inept deloiverh company and did not take adequate responsibility for something that had nothing to do with me. Their stuff is pretty. If you're prepared for complications then you should be fine.
