This company was amazing to deal with. Top notch customer service, quick turnaround, and genuinely caring. I run a cleaning company in the midwest and one of our cleaners damaged a makeup mirror while at a house. The customer guided me to Remcraft (where the mirror was from). From the second I called them I was impressed with how they took care of my issue even with it being a rather small repair. The customer just got the mirror back and is elated!

Great and Reliable company. Recently I had to return a broken Remcraft makeup mirror for repair. The mirror was not defective but had been installed incorrectly by our contractor. Remcraft not only promptly repaired the electrical portion of the lighted makeup mirror without charge, but also shipped it back to me without charge. It was truly a wonderful experience and i highly recommend them for their products and customer service.
