As an interior designer, I highly recommend working with Omega light fixture repairs, creative re-using of old pieces and any sort of custom lighting. It's a pleasure working with them.

We had a great experience. We are returning customers and were treated like old friends at Omega. We brought in a couple of old wood scraps that Mark turned into beautiful sconces that now adorn our rustic Santa Cruz Mountains home.

This place is awesome. When my daughter knocked over my mid century lamp and damaged it, I was looking for someone skilled who could repair it. Mark was honest and fair with the pricing and resourceful in approaching the repair. I could not have been more pleased with the results.

Over the past 6 years, I have purchased five pendent light fixtures, a wall-mounted outdoor light and two table lamps from Omega. Their selection is diverse, eclectic, creative and fun! They always have something that fits the spot where I need a light fixture or lamp. They are helpful and patient, giving clients all the time and space they need to browse as well as being readily available to answer all questions.

They offer restoration services too. Their shipping is fast! Great place to visit even if you aren't necessarily looking for a light fixture. You might find something that you didn't even know you needed. They are also very prompt at email communication and will gladly help you search for a light if you live our of the area or can't go into the store.

I highly recommend Omega Lighting. I have been going there for many years for lighting purchase and restoration of antique lighting. They have a great selection of lighting, the service is consistently exceptional, the restorations are extraordinary. The owners, Mark and Vanessa, are extremely knowledgeable and their love of lighting comes through in every conversation.

They share their knowledge freely and provide great advice. Recently, I broke one of the shades in a very rare 100-year old deco light. I contacted many people who are in the business; everyone told me that it would be impossible to find a replacement shade for this rare light except for Mark who texted "I see. Ok. Stand by." (February 19th). On February 20th Mark had found one.

The seller ended up not wanting to sell so I thought that would be the end. Then on March 25th Mark texted "Found another!" and he gave me the contact information for the seller. I was able to buy the shade and restore my light to its original beauty. This illustrates the amazing out of this world customer service you can expect at Omega Lighting & Design!

I bought a cool lamp online that I needed some help modifying to make it work for my space. I know nothing about lamps, and the folks at Omega were super helpful in getting me set up so I know what I'm doing! Because of the pandemic they're appointment only, but they got me in the same day I called and went above and beyond with the service. Can't wait to go back!

I searched for a place that has reputable work and that would also guide me on what and what not to do on a restoration. I found this place on Google and read the reviews there and on Yelp. The owner made his suggestions and I gave him my concerns. Any business is not perfect and there was a few miscommunications, HOWEVER, I appreciate a business that clarifies things and makes it right (all within reason).

I try to choose quality and they truly show this. I drove 2 hours one way to take pick up the fixture and take it to Omega lighting. I am very pleased with the way everything turned out. I would recommend this place to anyone and I am happy I made the drive out to them since this is a family heirloom. Omega Lighting and Design are outstanding. They have restored an old chandelier for us, fixed (and made US compliant) an overseas table lamp, and made a few custom fixtures for us which are beautiful. They have better prices than nearby competitors (whose new products are made in China, and restored fixtures are CRAZY expensive), and make a number of fixtures to order all here, in the good old USA. We never go anywhere else and HIGHLY recommend them.
