This company is horrible. After waiting 6 weeks to receive my product (which I was OK with) for a deadline, I opened my package and everything was wrong. The pieces were all cut to the wrong lengths and angles and half the pieces were missing. I am ok with mistakes, we all make them, but the real problem starts here. After admitting that they forgot to send half the order for my perimeter of my island and that pieces and angles were wrong they still refuse to refund my money.
There was only 1 piece of product that had been cut to the correct length. All other pieces were either too short, wrong angles, or missing entirely. I would be very careful working with this company. They are cocky and accused me of becoming combative only after they were rude to me. If the product had been accurate I would have loved to use them, but everything was wrong. Do Not use this company. They do not stand behind anything they do. Everything was my fault as a customer. Buyer beware!

I had wonderful experience with Lucy who have helped tremenously with my need for having a good "thin" light tape for my stained glass address I made. Working with Lucy to make sure the measurements are exactly what I needed to make sure it fits. I ordered it and lo and behold it was such a perfect fit! The amazing thing about this light tape is, it's so thin.much thinner than a credit card!

When they were quite slow to respond to before sale questions, I should have know better than to do business with these folks. I has a couple of post sale questions by e-mail and no reply at all. I bought a 12" x 2" piece of tape with a DC-20 controller that came with defects around the connector for about the first inch. The "Glacier White" looked greenish and certainly not like the photos (the pink image is accurate when off).
I was told pre-sale that the gap in the center was 0.001" on my piece it measures 10x more at 0.010." unsatisfactory. On their website they show all of these images of stone slabs being backlight by this product well they must have been taken in the absolute pitch dark. When I lit my piece up using the prescribed 12vDC I could hardly tell it was ON in a normally illuminated room.
I switched room light off and then I could see the faint glow I was told would work with a PWM dimmer that we use for LED strips. From off to medium low intensity the strip flashes wildly. My second e-mail asked about returns but when I re-read my quote it saws they don't accept returns. Another red flag I missed. so, I searched e-bay ("12''x2'' 12V EL Tape Electroluminescent Panel Back Light") to see if I could sell it maybe to re-coupe some of my money but alas what I paid $41.56 and $12.75 for shipping sells there (OK it ships from Hong Kong) for $6.55 and $1.50 for shipping and they have a 30 day return policy.
I was given average service before the sale and nothing but crickets after the sale. The product illuminated poorly and will only dim partially on the high side by PWM. The gap is way too large for our application. Anyone reading this should be warned, I gave 2 stars only because I partially blame myself for not heading many red flags. I recommend E-bay for others wanting to look into this technology. Learn from my mistake.
