Care should be exercised in understanding the $79 quote used in their TV Jingle. It is just to get their foot in the door and the actual price may be significantly higher. I called them to fix a GFCI tipping issue when sprinklers were turned on. They quoted $800 to install 3 new GFCI in my garage without giving any warranty that their solution would work? GFCI cost around $30 each. $800 seemed like a ridiculously high quote without any assurance that the problem would be solved. I lost $79 for nothing!

I was told by my electrician to call Powell Electric for a generator. I spoke personally last Friday, the 9th to Garrett for an appointment on Monday, the 12th at ten. I waited an half hour and had other appointments. I called around four to ask why he didn't show and Garrett's comment was you must have had a bad day as you wrote it down wrong and I had a meeting on Monday and good luck in finding someone. I do believe I was insulted by this gentlemen and would not recommend this company. Sherrie
