Great people, great selection! I've found something that I really wanted every time I go there.

Lumenarea should have been my first place to shop when looking for a new chandelier. It definitely will be the next time I'm shopping for lighting. Superb customer service and quality products. Highly recommend!

Our first visit to this store was last Saturday and what a wonderful experience! We purchased a Minka ceiling fan for our bedroom and it is so quiet; has all the features we were looking for. 6 speeds, dimmable light, reversible, remote control and easy to install. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't know until we were walking with staff member James (so he could load our fan into our vehicle), that Bill who had been assisting us is the owner.

We visited the box stores that sell ceiling fans prior to coming to Lumenarea but didn't find what we wanted. No customer service at either box store. Highly recommend this business!

Well this was very odd. We have bought a number of fixtures and fans at Lumenarea. We really like the product lines and always found the staff helpful. We went in to look at some fans on 7/9/21. The store was well staffed. We walked around for about 15 mins looking at fans during which time no staff came up to us. No issue here. We then approach the desk and waited to talk to someone.

We waited for about 15 mins. The staff looked at us numerous times but did not come over. One staff member was sitting right next to us with his legs up on a chair chatting on the phone. We finally ended up leaving. Very surprising and somewhat disappointing. Not sure what to think pretty out of character.

Knowledgeable, friendly customer service, great inventory, larger variety of products that are higher quality than a typical home builder store.

The only store I know that still has a good selection of lamp shades. Bill worked with us, even though we were unprepared with the correct measurements. Then, he helped us understand outdoor lighting regulations. Very helpful!

Bob at Lumenarea is phenomenal for lamp repair. He has restored three lamps for us, two of which were fairly complex jobs. He has fantastic attention to detail and really went "above and beyond" for us. The prices were very reasonable for the quality we received. You have earned a loyal customer.

Lumenarea is by far and away the best lighting store I've ever worked with. I have purchased several lights, lighting systems and fans over the years. The prices are good but more importantly service is first rate. These people really know their business and go out of their way to get you the right solution for you. And, they have a very sweet canine greeter on most Saturdays!

Lumenarea is a great store with beautiful lamps. We were looking for a lantern that was both a night light and lamp. When we couldn't find what we wanted we talked to Bob Bauer. He said for us to bring in a lantern and he would evaluate if he could build a lamp to our needs. We brought the lantern in and discussed what we were thinking. When we picked it up we couldn't believe how awesome it looked.

The lamp turned out exactly what we had envisioned and more. He did an amazing job and his work was perfection. You would have never known it started as a lantern. We wIll always come back to Lumenarea for our lighting needs.

Bob and the people who own and work at Lumenarea are the absolute best. My mother in law had a gas chandelier that had been rewired to electric which had been badly damaged and the glass arms broken. This was a family heirloom. Bob fixed this to be better than new. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I also have purchased lamps, lights, and ceiling fans there over the years and they have a unique selection of items. do not go to the chain stores where everything looks the same and the quality is usually not very good.

What a fantastic team. patient, knowledgeable, helpful, try and buy, and not just the fixture but had a tough time with bulb color and hue. over & under cabinet rope lighting, converted all can lights to LED, and we are moving on to outside sconces, etc. A class act!

Lumenarea is a GREAT lighting store with a large show room of a variety of lights at all price ranges. I was given sound advice (the sales person knew building code) for our master bath remodel. You can order the same lights as you would in a store in Denver and it'll cost less (at least this was the case with me). Their website is incredibly helpful and useful. Highly recommend this store.

I stopped in looking for a switch that they didn't carry, but left very impressed with this family-owned business. So, I returned just a few weeks later for help in selecting lighting for our home renovation. We needed new lighting for kitchen, dining, living, powder room and Master bath. Julie didn't hesitate when I asked her to come see our townhouse to get a feel for our style preferences & the unique needs of each room.

We then met at her lovely showroom, where we continued to refine our selections. Julie listened, shared expert advise, & helped us focus on manufacturers in our price range and style. Ultimately, we purchased 9 lighting fixtures & 2 ceiling fans, which they delivered the day the electricians were scheduled to begin installation. Just browsing among the lighting in their showroom is inspirational, combined with expert assistance to narrow your selections, and this seemingly overwhelming task can actually be fun!

10 years ago, I would have rated this business at 5 stars. At that time, I had purchased a nice ceiling light fixture and received excellent attention and assistance. Sadly, things have changed significantly, as my in-store experience revealed two weeks ago. I decided to visit the store to look for sconces as well as some replacement glass light shades.

When I was finally acknowledged (after 10 mins or so), I was hastily "helped" by a woman (who looks to be the owner, based upon the pic on this page) who really had no interest in helping me at all. After inquiring about said replacement glass shades, she shuffled me over to some dark closet to view their paltry "assortment", then essentially wished me luck before heading back up to the front of the uncrowded store. It's a shame that my experience with the staff was poor, because they continue to boast one of the nicer lighting selections around. Guess I'll just go online, where I won't have to waste my time with someone who really exhibits no interest whatsoever in assisting me.

Great customer service and selection (for all price ranges). Unfortunately we thought we would save some money and purchased high end ceiling fans from Home Depot. Did I say high end? They squeaked! So I had to pay to have them put in and then removed. We should have went to Lumenarea to start with. They guarantee their fans not to make noise. I had their electrician install them and I couldn't be happier. In the end the total cost was less than I spent at Home Depot (installing and removing inferior fans). Thanks for all of your assistance. You earned an A+++++

I've had the darndest time recently having a ceiling fan installed in my master bedroom that was free of any noise. Apart from the horrible blasting of the train horns all night, I live in a quiet neighborhood and can hear the ceiling fan even if it makes even the slightest noise. After having 3 ceiling fans installed by Lowes (Lowes staff were very helpful and professional by the way) over a 5 month period, I still could not get a ceiling fan that was noise free, I decided to contact Lumenarea. WOW!

The owner instantly advised me that he would send out his Ceiling fan installation expert who diagnosed the problem in that I just needed a "higher-end" fan. I stopped by the store and found the fan I wanted and was guaranteed that if the fan didn't meet my needs that they would make it right. This morning the ceiling fan was installed and "NO" noise. I'm extremely happy and still can't get over the amazing customer focus and service. I would highly recommend Lumenarea for your ceiling fan purchases and installation needs!

These people have more selection than anywhere I've been yet. The staff is very helpful and they are pet friendly.

Highly recommend working with this team! They constructed a blueprint of a lighting piece we wanted which had recently been altered so the company could still create it.

This is my favorite lighting store. Family owned. Dog friendly. Lots of ideas and everyone is very helpful.

Worst customer service ever! Went here looking for something specific and even though there were only 2 customers in the store, not one sales person asked if I needed any help. They we too busy socializing even though I was in the store for 15 minutes obviously checking out several items. Their products are greatly overpriced anyway, but I would have made a purchase if they weren't snobs. I don't know how they stay in business.

So I have been searching high and low for replacement bulbs for my bathroom vanities and kitchen pendant lights and have struck out everywhere. I called here a day ago and the owner said to come on down because he had a ton of halogen lights in stock. So I went in yesterday and the guy totally remembered me which was nice. I showed him the bulbs and literally 2 minutes later he was back with exactly what I needed.

Not only that, he got my info so the next time I came in, we wouldn't have to try and remember what bulbs I previously purchased. That's what I'm talking about! Customer for life right here!

Terrible experience today at Lumenarea. They are real nice when they take your money but not so nice when you need to return it. Sucks when you support local businesses and the owners don't support you back. Makes me SOOO angry. I hate giving money to Home Depot but. And to make matters worse, the salesperson with the rude attitude who spoke to me in a pedantic and misogynistic manner was the OWNER! So not cool.

I am an electrical contractor and work from Denver to Fort Collins. Lumenarea is absolutely my favorite lighting store along the front range. The owners, Bill and Julie, have done an outstanding job building a great inventory of very special and unique products to fill there beautiful show room. In addition to outstanding lighting fixtures, and lamps, they have some great art, furniture, and other home accessories. It's difficult for me to pick up my orders for my clients without browsing to see if they have anything new that I can't live without!

I send all my customers to Lumenarea, I know I can send my clients to them with complete faith that they will be treated well, and given the attention and education they need. Many of my customers have complicated lighting situations, or want utilize emerging technology such as LED lighting, or whole house lighting control systems. These concepts can get confusing. I'm glad to have Lumenara there to help make sense of it all and help keep it all simple.
