I worked for Nulite just little over 4 years. And the only thing I can speak of about this company, are good things. It is true that the company has its weak points, but which company is perfect? I had very varied experiences in this company, but I am grateful to management, human resources, employees in the production lines and in general in all areas, since they all helped me and treated me very well.
They made me a better person and gave me great experience in many areas of the company. I thank Fermin Ruiz, Paul Fatta, excellent managers and supervisors in my early days. To Patrick and Kayla in management and HR, to people like Mick, Amparo, Ray, Beulah, Tyler, John Farfan, Josh Turner in the production lines. I learned a lot from them and they helped me to do my best in nulite.
As in all companies, nullite had its low work seasons and seasons of much overtime. If you are a flexible person, with attention to detail, with patience, wanting to do things right and you like to do something new every day, this place is for you. With much affection I will always remember my co-workers, human resources people, management and engineers of this company.
As well as the new team leads of the lines who are doing a good job; Mayra, Estela, Fabiola, Audra, good luck guys and best wishes. Keep it up!. I could name many people who made my stay in Nulite very pleasant but it would be very long (isn't already? ) Lately there have been many changes in the company that I know will be for the better. The light fixtures that this company produces are by far the worst I've dealt with in 15 years. Whoever engineered the fixtures obviously has no clue. Far and away the worse designs I've ever seen, and every one of the other 30 electricians on the job agreed. About 1 in 10 had an issue that had to be fixed after installation. It was an absolute mess to deal with every single fixture from this manufacturer.

I have worked for Nulite Lighting for 2 years and would kindly say, thank you Nulite Lighting for giving me the opportunity to pray easily. I want to especially genuinely thank Joshua for being the best supervisor. He is a great supervisor who wants you to improve and get you to a higher level. He also make sure works are done on due time. Lastly, thank you Nulite Night Team!

The manager Paul is unprofessional in what he does I stead of solving the problem he made it bigger no respect there working more hours and nothing to do but but arguing with inconsistent people if u want respect u give it they you would want.production is not on time people dont want to teach u what u should know about the company no wonder why they dont have 5 stars.so sad

This company most definitely is not a good place to work. Worked there on a temp assignment. The employees there are extremely rude. They want you to work overtime. But they dont have any work. They have all there African american employees working in one corner. I didnt like that either. They mad false accusations against my daugther who worked there and never apologize for accusing her for something she never did. If I could I give this place a negative 1

This place is terrible the supervisors are rude as hell I was working there on a temp assignment and the women supervisors look at you dirty or maybe just me in particular i don't know maybe it's because I'm black but I definitely felt like they were being extremely racist to me and my mother I was accused of bullying another employee on the job which I never did and one of the supervisors a short Hispanic lady with dark hair and glasses I think her name is Helen I don't know she made me write my name down on a piece of paper in front of two other employees on Thursday and after she made me write my name down they had a meeting saying that bullying is unacceptable in the work place which made everybody curious and wonder who it was and then the other supervisor I think her name is Hanna she had the nerve to say I'm not going to say names which made me mad cause she was basically telling everyone in the meeting it was me without saying my name and I never got an apology which is very unprofessional if I could I would rate this place a negative 100 stars do not work here it is a waste of time.

I had a bad experience in this company, they always told us to work hard and used to yelled at us as we were dogs. Their policy was, (we were testing you to see the reaction you made), but nonsense. I only anwer in a mood status so peaceful and they fired me. I used to put up with your yelling and now with one simple answer i hurted his feelings to the supervisor Alex?.
I was the best worker, but I think Alex got Jealous because the people saw me as a supervisor. I have been working since 9 years old and ever treated me like that I do not recomend this company unless they fire Alex and Mike and Miky
