Lights Fantastic

We were looking for lighting, I have been to the one in Dallas and they were very nice. In Lewisville no one greeted us or offered to help at all. We asked a question about a light, the sales person didn't even bother to give a full answer or just lead us in the right direction until someone was available. I would never spend our hard earned money here.

Too many places are struggling and have good service, we would prefer to help them by shopping there. Will never walk in here again, beautiful things but super stuffy. Lost a customer.

We met with Rosanna Lenzi today to purchase our light fixtures for our new house. She is such a professional and extremely knowledgeable in her field! I highly recommend Lights Fantastic Pro if you're looking for high end light fixtures for your home!

Cynthia Bailiff helped us with all lighting fixtures and bulbs when we built our house. I recently worked with her to replace our bulbs with LEDs. Both times we have worked with her, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional while providing immediate responses to our inquires all the way through our final purchases. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. We will continue to go back due to the products offered, pricing and most importantly, first-class service. A job well done!

A good place to visit before committing to lighting options for home or office. Some of the areas are well graduated in terms of design and checkbook ceiling fans. However, most other sections leave one eager to browse online for which the customer is not granted direct access. As with any design selection there should be a filtering process but unfortunately the manufacturers do not provide such a service and this LFP site is unable to read the customer's mind understandably.

We rely on Lights Fantastic for all our lighting needs--even furniture. Our tastes run towards ultra-modern and this company hits all the right notes in lighting and decorative accents. A J Martinez is our go-to guy there, always most helpful, as well as being just plain sweet! He knows the inventory well and is willing to research various companies to find what we are looking for.

He returns our telephone calls, even though he is busy. The service has always been personal and concise, from purchase through pickup. The other sales reps are also nice, we've dealt with them all. Even the warehouse guys are great. Prices are also reasonable and beat our builder's charges by far. Unfortunately, we found that out after our home was completed.

Their showroom is the bomb, and we love looking at all the new lights and accents they carry. I highly recommend AJ and Lights Fantastic when you go light and fixture shopping!

Awesome, awesome experience! A.J. was our host/salesperson and worked really hard to find everything we wanted and meet our exact specifications. They have incredible lighting concepts. Thier chandeliers are art as well as luminaries. Pricing was way better than Lee's lighting. I was very impressed and ordered what we needed on the spot. Highly recommend this establishment for all custome home lighting needs. Ceiling fans are out of this world too.

They've an incredible LED showroom with many unique fixtures. Ben has been a true partner in not only helping with my selections but also, and more importantly, service after the sale. Highly recommend Ben.

I am giving them 5 on light selection alone. This showroom is exactly what the name says it is. FANTASTIC! By far the best selection of modern and transitional lighting I have seen in DFW or online. The service rep was also very helpful and personable. Will go back for sure for future needs.

Went on a Saturday. Cynthia greeted us quickly and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She spent about 45 minutes answering our questions. Store is more focused on project work than retail so Saturday is a slower day for them.

It's been 3 years since we had LED lights installed that were supposed to last 30 years. We've had almost 10 of them go out. The manufacturer shut down their business and can't stand behind the warranty, BUT Ben at lights fantastic has stuck behind the warranty and has paid for new ones. We have had rooms where 1 of the 4 went out and he replaced ALL 4 in order for the lights to all match!

One room had 1 light go out but 9 had to be replaced in order for them to match! We have not had to pay a penny. I am so thankful that they have backed the warranty even though the company has gone out of business.
