We ordered down lights and track lights for our numerous retails stores for the entire U.S. from Intense and we could not be happier. Don't ever order item # ITV20 terrible product from Intense they only last about 6 months maybe. The transformer burns out and then you will need to purchase a new fixture which runs about $60.00 + each. I have about 60 of these fixtures so if I continue to use them my yearly investment will be $3,600.00. I am now needing to order all new lights from them 12 months later from my new building being completed and this time I am going with a LED which I hope will work much better and the investment last like it should when you are spending thousands of dollars.
Other part is that I tried reaching out to the manufacture but they always pushed my call to some guy can't remember his name but he would never return my call. I then reached out to the distributor that the fixtures where purchased at and they said that they would get with the manufacture and see if they could do anything for me at all. It took them over a month to get back to me and said that the manufacture could not do anything for me at all.
The sad thing is that I wasn't asking for anything free I was just asking if I could pay the difference to get the better product of a led. I could see if it had been years since I had purchase these but they have been a problem ever since I put them in my building.
