Actually I bought 23 light from mica light from 23 light 18 off them had very bad sound and return it back to the them and then after 2-3 days they ordered a different I'm using now which is really good only 2 off them have a little bit sound! Not mach! My Experience was really good with them spatially (mark) his really good Man i appreciate and thankful Abdul

DO NOT BUY FROM MICA LIGHTING. THEIVES with disgusting service and despicable products. Delivered us with a faulty product and will not return a call, answer an email or provide a solution. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM MICA LIGHTING. In response to your response - this is a complete and utter lie again. The glass fixtures DO NOT FIT - and you refuse to replace them. You have stolen from us and we will not rest until you rectify the fact that we've paid for a faulty item.

Do not use this company. Under any circumstance. We purchased an expensive light which arrived faulty. They refuse to answer the phone, respond reasonable or cooperate with any fair outcome. They are plain and simple thieves with poor products. We are now in the process of court proceedings. Avoid at all costs!

Bought the bounty 40 love the light but the glass insert had a hairline crack i paid extra insurance as I live in northern Queensland and was a bit worried about breakage I contacted them and sent a photo but they said they can't see the crack in the photo yesterday we took another photo we can see the crack (it is clearly visible) am already regretting the purchase which was $451 now if I have to buy another glass insert cost with postage will be $95 whats to say it does not arrive cracked. Plus the silver disc is very off centre.this possibly why the crack developed UPDATE they have contacted us and agreed to replace

DON'T USE THEM! I bought 2 lights with LED upgrade. When my items arrived, one of the lights was broken - the one in the box they had opened to put the LED globes in for transport. I tried to call - cant get through to anyone. I emailed. The response was "you didn't buy insurance but you are in luck as they are still in stock and you can just buy another one".
Consumer Law states the SELLER is responsible for the safe delivery of products sold online and is responsible for resolving any issues with Australia Post or a courier company used to deliver the product. I have taken the matter further. DO NOT SHOP HERE! They take no responsibility for the safe delivery of your purchases and they do not care!

Buyer Beware. Do not buy from this company. They have no customer service, no phone number to call to speak to someone and they will only deal with emails. They are rude and will not take ownership of their faulty products. I had purchased a ceiling light with drop crystals and had an electrician install it. One of the hooks required to drop the crystals was missing.
It was impossible to secure the missing hook. The light fitting was faulty and they took no ownership of this. Next problem was the LED light. It blew up exactly one year from being purchased, despite the website and an email confirming that the LED light should last a lifetime. Because I was 4 days out of the warranty date once I got around to sending an email they hid behind the fact it was only a 12 month warranty and I should have sent the email 4 days prior.
What a joke this company is. If there was a negative score I would select this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE In addition to my original review above. I made a further compliant with NSW Fair Trading. They also could not get a response from Mica Lighting. They are an unprofessional business with no contact point other than email.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I've lodged warranty claim for 3 x faulty LED floodlights with proof of purchase and photo proof since 7 September. It takes 1 week to reply to each of my warranty inquiries. so after 4 email communications and 4 weeks, as soon as you mention you will lodge a case with ACCC, you'll be impressed at how quickly they close your case!
All lights have been installed by professional electrician and are currently installed. Mica Lighting will not provide a replacement unless I attend the showroom with the faulty item and proof of purchase, for a warranty assessment. I have no issues going to the showroom and return the faulty items, but I need to replace the faulty lights with new working lights before I can go and return the faulty items. Removing the faulty lights now without a replacement light will create an open electrical circuit which will cause danger to my family as the connections are live and exposed to the weather. What a stupid policy that I need to attend the showroom with the faulty item and proof of purchase, for a warranty assessment! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Disappointing experience. Bought 4 lights from Mica. When they arrived I had my electrician install them. The globes I had paid extra for were not included in the box so the electrician purchased new ones for me. Once installed the lights don't work, because of incorrect bulbs or poor quality. I emailed customer service as they do not have a phone number to call.
They eventually responded and told me that the bulbs were included which I am sure they were not. But its only bulbs so I just asked them which bulbs to use so that I can replace them myself. They refuse to tell me. I have emailed them several times and the only response they give me is that the bulbs are in the box.(Clearly they are not) Its very odd that they won't tell me and they take several days to respond to each email.
I have no idea if the lights are just sub par quality or I have the wrong bulbs (I have tried a few different bulbs now - they all flicker). I guess I will never know - I am throwing these out and buying from somewhere else. Waste of 3 weeks and a fair bit of money. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. My recommendation is to go somewhere else.

I ordered three lights. The company's web site said the lights would all be available fo dispatch within 3 to 6 days. However, a few days later, I got an email saying one of the lights was out of stock and unavailable for six weeks. When I said that I needed lights long before that, the company refunded me quickly. I am taking the time to write a review, because my experience with Mica was positive. It must be hard running a retail business during these difficult times.

So happy I found Mica Lighting on line. Found bedside lamps that were perfect for us. Hadn't been able to see anything we liked before this in our local shops. Even better was the fact that they were on special. Easy to order & they were despatched in extremely short time. Paid the insurance, which paid off as one bulb was broken on delivery & Mica Lighting replaced it immediately. Very happy with the product & the service. J & B, Burrum Heads, Queensland.

This place has awesome lightning. From designer lights that you can fall in love with, to replicas of some really expensive lighting brand, you get the urge of purchasing something even if you dont need it. The service is great and the staff are very helpfull. Pricing would be on the slightly more expensive than some of the other stores, however quality seems better.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service and the products. All customer service is handled online, there is nobody that you can speak to on the phone, and they have refused to speak on the phone. The problems we have faced are: 1) We received a light that was broken (photo below) 2) The LED lights that were shipped were incorrectly delivered as a warm white, when we specified (and the picture specified a warm yellow LED light). (photo below) 3) The quality of the product was very underwhelming and not what was expected (yes a replica, but a very poor one).
The email responses we received were both rude and insulting: 1) the light was fine when it left here, it's not our problem it was broken on arrival, it will cost $75 to replace. 2) Through the smokey glass they may appear white to you (the photo online is a clear yellow, and we asked for warm yellow not white). 3) The quality is what it is, there is nothing we can do.
I asked to escalate this, and the support staff refused. I then tried to call the company and spoke to a sales rep - they said it is not their problem there are a number of departments and they can't deal with it. All communication can only be through email. I asked to just give the feedback and they didn't want to hear it.
