Fantastic company! Came out the same day that I called for an estimate. The guy doing the estimate listened to exactly what I wanted, gave me a few suggestions, and gave me a quote in writing on site. We booked it and they were out within two weeks and had the entire system installed in one afternoon.

When I called for service, they weren't going to be in my area the day requested. However, the very kind woman that answered put me on hold to see what she could do. When she returned to the phone, she said the owner, Ken, would be in my area and would be happy to take care of my issue. I never imagined a company would offer their owner to respond to a call. He arrived and was very kind, professional and fixed my problem in less than an hour. I will always call Ken at Aqua Pro for all my service needs.

Aqua Pro provided a complete install on our large property. Their prices were competitive with other estimates we recieved. The owner Ken and his staff addressed all of our questions and concerns. They were extremely professional and we would recommend them to our closest family and friends.

Aqua Pro Irrigation is extremely prompt and professional. From setting the appointment to have our irrigation well pump looked at, to the work performed, we couldn't be happier! On June 4, 2019 Ken came out to troubleshoot why our irrigation well pump would turn on but the sprinklers wouldn't pop up. We were worried that the well might have dried up, we've been in this house for 25 years and have never had a problem like this with the system. Ken quickly diagnosed the problem, the pump needed to be primed but, unfortunately, our system didn't have an opening to pour water in so Ken had to cut the PVC pipe and create a new access and cap so if this problem happens again we can address it ourselves.

After adding water to the pipe, with our fingers crossed, the sprinkler heads came up and the system has worked beautifully since. While Ken was here, we had him look at our existing sprinkler heads too and he quickly changed out five that were old or not working properly. We highly recommend Aqua Pro Irrigation to anyone who needs help with their sprinkler system!

I have used Aqua Pro at my business and my personal home for the last few years. I have recommended them to my family and friends; something I would not do unless I was SURE they would do a great job at a reasonable price. Ken is the owner and he has a great team. I will definitely continue use to use them in the future. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional and overpriced! They quoted one price on the phone per hour and then tried to charge double that price, claiming that the price was actually "per technician per hour" (They conveniently sent over 2 technicians for a 1 technician job!) They were terrible at communication - twice we were stood up for our scheduled appointment times and I had to personally call them to ask what was going on and where their technicians were. It turned out, they double booked their technicians! As a result, our sprinkler repair was never completed. Do Not use them!

Aqua Pro understands service is important to the customer. Aqua Pro was requested to check sprinkler system. They call this service a tune up. I informed Aqua Pro a valve would need to be rebuilt as well. Just under an hour, service was completed. Two valves needed to be rebuilt and two drip line leaks were cut out. It took less than an hour. Great, paid bill. Use Aqua Pro, you're guaranteed to get a professional looking at your system.
