Amazing service! Anytime we have a problem with a light they are out quickly and always so friendly and easy to deal with. I wish all companies made my life this easy!

They have the most amazing LED lighting systems for both Pool Enclosure and Permanent holiday, theme and architectural lighting. Highly recommended.

We were researching lights for our Birdcage over our new pool. We contacted Nebula. Leslie sent us to a previous client. We were sold. Our lights are beautiful. We live in a gated community and our neighbors on all sides have commented on how beautiful they are. They are like bright stars in the sky. The company is responsive and super helpful. If you get these for your home, you will be so thrilled.

Overall the experience was good. The owner Jamie was easy to work with and very knowledgable. The installers were surprised to find a pool when they arrived even though we had supplied pictures ahead of time. But they were able to make it work. However, we are disappointed by the brightness and color hue of the white lights. The pool cage lights are at 100% in this picture and actually looks a bit darker in real life.

It compares to the light under a full moon. The color of the white light is more "cool white" rather than "warm white" which doesn't match any of the other outdoor lighting at our house and was a concern of mine before the purchase. Also, they installed the conduit for the wiring on top of the pool cage exterior so it traps leaves and debris from falling off the cage. I wish we had asked them for more lights, with warm hue bulbs, and installation of the conduit on the side of the cage.

From customer service, price and the in-stall team we couldn't be happier. What a perfect solution to be able to light up your lanai at night.

We LOVE our new Nebula LED Lighting System! I originally saw an advertisement for the company and product in a local home magazine. I researched the company and licenses. I read reviews and watched videos, regarding. In April of 2020, I left a voice message for the office and the call was promptly returned. Leslie, the office manager, explained all available options and related pricing.

Both she and co-owner Jamie were a joy to work with. We signed the contract electronically, paid a deposit, and scheduled a date for installation. On the date of installation, the three-man crew arrived on time, installed the lights & equipment, explained everything to us, and ensured the area was spotless. The bulbs/tracts are indiscernible in day light; at night, it's truly magical.

We love all of the various settings and options! The company performs all required maintenance and/or repairs of the system. The LED bulbs should not need replacement for about eight years. We couldn't be happier with the purchase. Highly recommend!

We had Nebula adding lighting to our deck/pool. From the initial contact to the follow up on service they were very professional. All responses were timely and answered any questions we had. We have had numerous positive comments about our lights from visitors to our house and have sent many people to Nebula to inquiry about lighting for their outside areas. Highly recommend!

Had our Nebula Lighting system installed about 4 years ago. Has worked great. Nebula customer service is even better. Lighting system needed repair as a result of something done by a contractor doing work totally unrelated to the lighting system. Jamie has one of his techs come out and get the system working. Saved our Thanksgiving dinner since we planned on using outdoor patio. Have and would recommend to anyone.

We love our Nebula Lighting System! From the very beginning, Jamie and his team were so easy to work with and their follow up was impeccable. The team that installed the system was courteous, extremely detail-oriented, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. The lights look absolutely amazing! They have completely transformed our outdoor space into another living area.

We have them on a timer so that they come on at dusk and I actually feel safer in my home with these lights on. I'm not sure why we waited so long to do this! I would highly recommend Nebula lighting to anyone!
