My experience with this company was horrible. In advance of the appointment scaffolding to be constructed to reach my 14-foot ceilings was described to me. Instead the man brought a filthy ladder and the only explanation was "I changed my mind". The price was not decreased to reflect the change. The chandeliers looked the same after they were "cleaned" as before. The most unpleasant part was the rudeness and arrogance of the man in charge. I highly recommend you find another firm to clean your light fixtures.

Excellent service from the initial phone call to the moment they left---professional, high quality, attention to detail, it was all there. I am a professional organizer specializing in high end apartment clear outs in Manhattan and it is critical for me to have top level referrals for my clients as their services are a direct reflection on me (no pun intended!). Chris came in, gave us a realistic estimate for the cleaning of the two chandeliers in my client's apartment and did exactly as he promised: made those dusty, sad glass lamps look sparkly and appealing and way more valuable than they had before.
His crew was respectful, hard working and cleaned up after themselves. Cleaning the chandeliers was worth EVERY PENNY because I am certain that the auction buyer would not have given us near the price quote had we not spent the money on Crystal-Smith service. We have an old 1890's row house that used to be fitted with gas fixtures and when the house was renovated the contractor just left them there which made fitting our chandeliers very difficult. Chris came to our house fully prepared with all the fittings, as well as a new canopy, and after much effort had our pieces perfectly installed. He also offered some very helpful advice on changing and protecting the finish of our brass chandeliers as well as how to care for our crystal ones.
We considered this to be an investment in our home and were happy to pay the cost for it. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and I get to live with them everyday.
