Absolutely horrible service. He took my lamp shade and said he'd have a replacement within one business day. I called and texted 7 separate times in a two-week period, and he kept responding saying he would keep looking, or he couldn't find it, or he was busy. He never replaced it. I finally just went online and order the part from Grand Brass Lamp Parts and they were extremely nice, they were able to find my part, and delivered it in 2 days. I would advise *never* to come here - just order your parts online.

I had two lamp issues in as many weeks. The first one Toby did a quick fix for me and did not charge me. The second one was a little more complex as Toby had to fix a lamp I had just rewired and did so at a very fair price. Toby is knowledgeable, affable and fair. Clarity Lighting is a shop where you enter as a customer and leave as a friend.with a quality repair.

Toby is amazing! He fixed my great grandmothers chandelier "rewired it and new crystal" on my second visit to drop off some crystal parts I left my new iPhone X there by accident and he delivered it to my office. What a honest good guy! Great Grandma BiBi would of been thrilled with my re-done chandler. Thanks Toby!
