I'm so glad I found Lightworks. It took Chuck less than an hour to fix a wiring issue on a lamp I purchased elsewhere. Wonderful store for both repairs or new fixtures. I highly recommend them. Great small business.

I needed a floor lamp repaired that had been disassembled during a move. Kathryn responded quickly to my message and we made an appointment to drop the lamp off. Charles was able to repair the lamp, which it turned out, had a missing piece. I'm not sure any other shop would have had the tenacity or taken the time to help me and I so appreciate that they did. And I greatly appreciate the detailed care they take to help keep us safe during the COVID pandemic. Thanks!

They were recommended to me by residents on a local Facebook group. I'm happy I stopped by, for no other reason than they had two vintage school house style lights, at a reasonable price, that fit well in our house. They were also reasonable for rewiring and adding mounting hardware for two vintage pendant lights we have, and will get a 3rd light when I get to it. Not to mention their reproduction light prices seemed reasonable. They are worth a stop if you're looking for new/different/custom lights or need any rewired.

Lightworks is the real deal. We had some vintage lights rewired and bought some lovely antique shades in the process. We have more lights to rewire and more shades to replace, so we will be back. Excellent curated collection if you need period lighting for your home. And the service is second to none. These folks are a delight and it's clear they love what they do. All the stars for Lightworks and we will be back soon!

They also do custom work, and can design or modify just about any light - from modern, and reproduction to treasure antiques. This is a gem of a small business, and I will work with them again.

We renovated an old hone & every light fixture was either repaired, reworked, wired, restored, acquired, or created by Light Works! ALL OTHER lighting stores in MN rejected the work I needed done but lightworks accepted every challenge and excelled in every expectation we had! LOVE them!

Great service friendly lady there we needed a light bulb and it wss on the house. Hardly anytimes do people do that these days. 5 stars for that lady, .A lot of selections of lamps and vintage also.

So friendly and helpful, they not only rewired and lacquered our 1912 Sheffield fixture, they also told us a ton about the fixture and the design. Very knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about lights!

I have gradually replaced all the big box lighting in my house with beautiful authentic rewired vintage pieces which are true to the period of my house. Kathryn and Charles are wonderful as an information source and they have solved many of my issues with lighting. A rare gem of a place.
