Umm! called before I went, the gentlemen who answered asked me to take a picture of the electrical box and send it to him. I did. I they went there and the man said he had never received it. He was a bit stand offish, not sure if they work on commission or not, and I was not a customer where a good commission existed. Thank you to the Spanish fellow who did help me, he was marvelous. They did not have the part but gave me the address and connected with where I could get it. I went, picked it up. Good result. Thank you sir.

A fairly decent selection here, for the most part, not bad for Santa Fe, and the help is pretty efficient, as well (Janet is helpful), but we had the oddest, most bizarre experience after just spending $2000.00 on 2 sinks (we also bought 4 toilets recently). We were back in looking to buy more (have 3 bathrooms to do this spring) and were looking at faucets w/sensors when a woman rudely walked in and very abruptly/aggressively said "We don't recycle water here, so quit turning them off and on!". Wth?
No smile, no "I'm sorry" or "please" or "thank you". We thought she was joking at first (no!) It wasn't like we were filling a tub or a swimming pool. we were TESTING the sensors!. to see which one to BUY from them (to give our money to them). My head is still spinning. I called to speak with owner about it, as I'd surely like to know if one of my employees had a problem like this (it's caused us to rethink whom to buy from for the bathrooms, as we're only doing kitchen right now).
I guess the gal I was speaking on the phone with WAS actually the same rude woman (Joyce). Kinda funny, but not! She was embarrassed she got busted and said the owner was out-- then became a slightly belligerent and began talking over me. I think we may do business elsewhere, but regardless, small businesses like this WILL indeed go under if they do not hire well qualified/friendly help-- and keep a good eye on them.
As a business owner, I would absolutely flip out if I saw an employee of mine speak to a customer like this (wth?) and cause me to lose $$. The owner (Lucy?) may want to hang around a bit more and observe her employees. There's no room in today's market for this sort of behavior. None! WE vote with our wallets-- as should everyone.

Went in with a set budget and lighting plan for a house I'm building in Santa Fe. Had a good initial hour long meeting where I was told that I would come in under budget and that I would be supplied with a bid "in two or three days." After numerous unanswered emails and phone calls I was finally given a bid a MONTH later that was double what I was told up front. The whole thing was a complete waste of time.

Fabulous showroom with beautiful displays. Glen was so helpful and his recommendations saved me a bunch of money. I suspect Glen has been in the business a long time because his advice was golden. This is my second remodel in 20 years with Dahl and I'm a big fan of having professional help when making remodel decisions.
