I have purchased Led Lighting For Many Homes and Flips In the Last 13 years. My most recent purchases have been with Wayne From Led Wholesalers. His knowledge / expertise and in stock availability of great transformers, controllers and LED waterproof Strips Is The Best I have experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend Wayne and Led Wholesalers as my 1st Choice For Suppliers. The service, advice and delivery is 2nd to none.

Installing an LED strip lighting setup, and was confused as heck by the online advice. Found this company close to home, called to see if I could come in as a non-wholesaler, no problem. Got good advice, good product, really helpful and no pressure on sales. Once I've installed the setup I'll update, but right now, no problems at all with LED Wholesalers.

We have been ordered stuff for 2 weeks, we still not get the stuff yet, we want refund, that customer service lady said that they have to get their stuff back first, then she can refund, Terrible place, horrible customer service, kept interrupting the people talking, no respect at all, I won't come back any more.

Ordered a string of Christmas lights through WalMart. This company was their third party supplier, they sent me the wrong item. I returned it per their instructions, they were very courteous. "Give us time to investigate the claim, " (this after they had already received the item I had returned). Nothing happened, several days later I wrote another email asking what is happening.
They blamed their warehouse, "please wait while we investigate, " they said to me. Nothing happened, I relayed my experience to WaMart, who immediately refunded my money. WalMart good, LED Wholesalers, not so good.

Have dealt with this company since 2014. I have never returned or made any attempt to have a warranty redeemed. I called in the other day when a led driver went bad that they supplied just over a year ago and spoke with the owner. I was told that at 13 months it's out of warranty. That's fine he has a year warranty and tells me if I buy another one he would allow me to send that one back to see if he could have the manufacture warranty their product.
I took the time to contact the manufacturer directly at this point because the manufacturer backs the product with a 5 year no questions asked return policy. This guy clearly knows what he's doing and the fact that he wanted the bad one back means he was going to sell me another and then get a credit back from the manufacturer otherwise with their no questions asked policy he already knows the answer to weather or not they would return the product.
For anyone that has had issues with them and the warranty the led drivers I used are made for them and private labeled by magnitude lightning. I would not suggest them if you are looking for a company to stand behind their products.

I bought 4 LED bulbs 2-WATT AC/DC in September 2015 and after less than 5000 hours of usage, 3 out of 4 bulbs went bad. Per their specs, these bulbs are supposed to last 35,000 hours. Per this small sample rate, the failure rate is 75%. I wrote an email to request a replacement for these faulty bulbs and got no response for 2 weeks (even though their "contact us" info is very enticing to great service support).
I then called their customer service and then the tech support person told me these bulbs are out-of-warranty. I requested to elevate this concern to a manager and the response was "our manager is on travel and will not be back in 3 weeks". I paid $6 per light bulb and this is NOT a money issue but the principal of having a 35,000-hour life on the bulb and 3 out of 4 bulbs only last less than 5000 hours seems to me a bit deceptive. Having said, I asked if i can talk to someone who has the authority to address my concern and the response is no one could.
I am very disappointed with this company and will seek business somewhere else. I wanted to give this company a fair chance to rectify their faulty products but they don't want to honor their customer concerns (at least, there is no process for good customer support).
