We needed a 3x domes and 3x flashings for a Solatube Skylight with one of our re-roof projects and thank goodness that Sunaire carries them. Our client was able to saved a lot of money by purchasing the domes and flashing kits separately compared to purchasing the entire kits for 3 skylights. Maria and Sami are very positive, helpful and enthusiastic about helping me when I placed the order and our client mailed a check directly.
As soon as Sunaire received the check payment, they contacted me ASAP so that I can pick up the items. Sami also assisted me in carrying the items to my vehicle across the street. You don't get this level of service. Sunaire went above and beyond my expectations. 5/5 Stars!

I love the light! The tech was great. Professional, courteous with our mask request. He took the time to explain what he saw in the inspection before he began work. The job was quick (despite being three10 lights), and little mess. Just dust from the attic (it does get everywhere, so more drop cloths on counters would be nice, but just be aware that you may want to move more things away from the work area). He walked me through everything. Very easy.

Maria assured us she was installing the lo profile model. Turns out they installed a regular raised unit which looks ridiculous on our roof. When we called Maria, to explain the discrepancy, she shrieked, threatened to rip out everything and leave holes in our new roof and custom ceilings and ultimately hung up on us after informing us we should have ordered skylights. Stay away from this company.

Sunaire was able to expedite our order which would have been 2 weeks at Home Depot they were able to do it in 4 days! Our shipment was suppose to come in on Friday afternoon but got held up at the shipment center. We were really bummed we wouldn't be able to install anything until Monday. Sami our rep picked up the skylight on Saturday morning and delivered it to us personally. Wow! She was very accommodating, punctual and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Do not ever hire this company to do your work. The technician Andy is rude, rude and rude. I had to fire him before he started the job because his bad, bad attitude. He doesn't like any questions that I asked him. I have been working with many construction workers. First time ever I felt threatened from a worker. He was yelling at me in from my house and total lost control. I am wondering he brings his attitude wherever he goes. Such a horrible experience.

I stopped in their showroom and Sami was helpful in describing their Whole House Fan. Without a visit to my house, she knew where to place it and gave me a quote. When they came out to install, Andy was very knowledgeable and careful. The installation went very smoothly and the Whole House Fan works exactly like they said it would. I will be back when I want to put in some SolaTubes, but for now, the house is much cooler without using air conditioning in the San Fernando Valley in August!

We wanted to add light to dark areas of our home. Going to new homes and remodeled ones solatubes were the answer. I am a yelp fan for recommendations. Went on yelp to looked up best solatubes place in the San Fernando Valley and came upon Sunaire. We were not disappointed Andy came out on a Saturday, started work the following Monday. Andy is very professional, great explanation and recommendations on location of the sola tubes.
We had four tubes installed and what a difference the natural light is in our house. Andy recommended one be placed in my dark bathroom, I am in natural light heaven putting on my make-up.

I'm currently trying to get HOA approval to install Solatubes in my townhouse. Sunaire has been very helpful to me in providing lots of necessary documentation, and even paying me a site visit and mocking up diagrams of the proposed installation locations. annoying work that they're doing without any guarantee that I'll ultimately even be able to hire them (again: my pesky HOA.).
That speaks to a level of service that I've found to be pretty rare in the construction trades. If my HOA does in fact give my Solatube project the green light, I'll definitely be using Sunaire!

We bought our Solatube from this dealer probably 16 years ago. After a recent remodel, the Solatube's cover kept falling from the vent (we have the model with a vent to the outside from our bathroom). So really, it's quite a long time, but I called Solatube and that particular model was the first of its kind and they no longer make it. But they sent a technician out and he was able to make a new cover that's even brighter and white than the old one.
The company said they wouldn't charge us for the service call if it couldn't be fixed but it could so win-win. Hoping for many more years out of our little Solatube that's brought sunshine into our little bathroom since 2002.

We had 2 Solatubes installed - one in the stairwell and one in a bathroom. They are awesome! They provide plenty of light during the day to spaces that were otherwise dark and they have a solar powered light that charges during the day and comes on at night. The installation process was quick and easy. Service was prompt and the workmanship is first rate. We also had an attic fan installed which is keeping our home cooler. I highly recommend Sunaire. Their products, service and workmanship are excellent.

Sunaire just installed 2 solatubes in my living room. I already had 5 installed in my kitchen and dining room by another contractor. The appointment was easy to schedule and the guys - Andy and Henry - were polite, efficient, and took great care to protect our furniture and artwork during installation. There was nothing to clean up after they were gone. It was also a tricky installation because we have solar panels on our roof above the living room.

As a general contractor in the valley for last 25 years this is the only place I go to pick up solatubes or anything related. Just the other day the owner surprised by offering to leave items with the next door neighbor even though they were closing. Prior to this I probably would have given three stars for the short hours of operation but that's worth at least a star.

Love their products! It's so nice with the Solatube having the sunshine brought into my home, and not having to worry about UV rays ruining my clothes and skin. I have one in my master bedroom closet, bathroom, and kitchen! I also highly recommend getting the Solar Powered attic fan(s) put into your home. My home is now on average 10 degrees cooler. Also, the staff is really friendly and personable. Highly recommend this company for your natural lighting and cooling needs.

I had two Sola Tubes installed 10 years ago, Last year opted for a third tube to add more light to my living room. Was offered a solar lamp in the tube at that time. BEST choice, so good in fact I had solar lamps installed in the other tubes. Then came the power outages, one lasted 12 hours. I had enuf light during the night time part of the failure to allow me to move around the house without bumping into things. A big plus in today's world. Received call backs, installers arrived when they were scheduled, were polite craftsmen, left no mess. I strongly recommend Sun Aire Systems.

Heavy rain was on its way early the next morning and our ancient solar tube from 20 years ago had started leaking from the rain the night before. We made a frantic late day call to Sunaire in the hopes of having the leak repaired before the storm. We were told we could expect an early morning service call. However, at 8 pm that same night Andy called asking to come by that same night to make sure the leak got fixed ahead of the storm.
So after his shift was long over, Andy was up on our roof in the middle of the night, repairing the leak. NOW THIS IS SERVICE FOR YOU! Thank you, Andy, for going way above and beyond and truly putting your customers first. You deserve SIX stars in my book.

They showed up with 24 hours notice. They managed to squeeze me in on a saturday. The installer was very efficient, taking 1 hour to install 1 solatube in a bathroom. He laid out the tarp and made sure he didn't leave a huge mess. It cost about $507, but it was worth it. The bathroom, which didn't have an external window, is now bright and sunny.
