I was looking for a ceiling fan. Although they have a nice selection, they are not knowledgeable. The salesperson was not able to answer my questions. When I spoke with one of the manager's, he blew off my question, saying the information I was looking for was not relevant. I immediately left the store after that.

I found a large selection of lamps here. I was looking for a chandelier and the sales people were very helpful. They did not have the size I wanted in stock but they ordered it for me and it will arrive in 2 weeks. So so far so good.

This is a huge, beautiful space with an abundance of inventory. Parking is easy, location is central and employees are always anxious to please. Wall mount, ceiling mount, landscape lighting - it's all there at Elements.
