Clarence came out to repair our fireplace. An electronic module had failed and he diagnosed/ repaired it quickly. Given that the repair call is 1 hour min, he set about polishing the front, restocking the logs and generally cleaning it to use the time well. Very considerate and polite

I bought my gas stove from Light Brite about 12 years ago. The service then was excellent, and it is still first-class excellent today! I turned the gas off to it and hadn't used it in many years. Jim was awesome in scheduling maintenance for me. He even got the date moved up because of a cancellation! And, Clarence was awesome too! He was polite, efficient and patient with all my questions!

A beautiful job of tearing out my old firebox and installing a new gas fireplace. The crew were here for less than a day and did a very professional job. Can't believe how much better it is. I get more heat now than I ever did with logs, and no mess.

This company installed a fireplace that was leaking air like a window was open. They basically told me I was out of luck. The $3K fireplace is now useless, as we have to stuff it with insulation.
