We are very confident in our workmanship and the quality of the products that we use for all our installs. Most of the products that we use carries a five year manufacturer's warranty. We use FDA approved PVC pipe, which is 10 times stronger than usual PVC. Our workmanship Warranty is normally for 1 season, depending on the project and size of system.
The Rain Sensor is inconspicously mounted where it catches the rain, and stops operation during rain fall. This saves water and saves you the embarrasment of your sprinklers running while its raining out! The new Rain Bird Wi-Fi controllers allow you to access and control your Rain Bird irrigation system with your Smartphone or tablet, and receive critical real-time alerts about your system.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent customer service and professionalism of Trinity team members, Dawn and Michelle in scheduling, and the gentleman who performed the winterization on my property. Due to unexpected sewer work taking place within the property line by the city, the scheduled winterization of the irrigation system needed to be completed within 2 days. Dawn worked with the team to ensure this was done and the gentleman was on my property before 7:30 a.m. which I'm sure is before the normal work day.
He did an outstanding job! Thank you so very much for making a difficult situation pleasant. Trinity was recommended to me by another customer and I will be sure to pass along to other friends and neighbors what a great company and service you provide.

Trinity installed my irrigation system last year. The experience itself was ok however they installed the sprinkler heads a little too far outward on one side of the property thus this year I wanted to have them correct this. It is now September and I had called them numerous times since the season began to schedule someone to come out and not only correct the location of the sprinkler heads but also to turn on my system for the season.
At one point I was scheduled, then they cancelled on me due to the time needed to handle both the sprinkler heads and turning on the system for the season. I was told someone would get back to me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I gave up on them and switched my business over to a different company. It should not be this difficult to turn on a system and ask for a couple of heads to be moved. Had I not reached out to this other company, I would still be sitting here with no follow up from Trinity, and my system still shut off with the winterization phase right around the corner. I'm sorry but this is simple neglect of your customers, and what it shows about how they look at newer customers to help make things right.

We had Ed and his team expand, update and install irrigation to our whole property. The work was done in two days, and they were very professional and responsive to making sure things were done according to Ed's plan. They did a full installation for me this summer (2019) - six zones and roughly 40 heads along with controller. I was delighted with the service, attentiveness and thoroughness of the installation - including their ability to handle small nuisance problems that already existed on my plumbing and electrical systems. Overall, highly recommend Trinity.

I am pleased to write and let everyone know that I was 100% satisfied with the installation of the in-ground sprinkler system. Ed and all the install crew were very professional in their work. He was also very thorough in his explanation of the whole system and answered all my questions satisfactory, leaving the door open to call him if I had any questions. I would recommend Trinity Irrigation business to anyone who needs a new system installed.
