Patti Bros. is well known for their 30+ years of restoration, repairs and custom lanterns that you will not find any where else! It is worth the trip to Sudbury - you won't be disappointed!

I went to Patti Bros seeking a repair of a set of Northeast Lantern Exterior Onion Lights. At the time I sought repair I did not realize that these beautiful lights have a lifetime warranty. Patti brothers sells these exact lanterns for approx. $469 each. They told me that they could repair each lantern for $300 a piece. The only thing wrong with the lanterns was that the soldering let go and the light was sagging.

I decided I would contact Northeast Lantern in Exeter NH myself and was told they have a lifetime warranty and that they would gladly fix them for me. They took them and not only soldered them for me but also rewired! They now look as good as new. As for Patti Bros, shame on them for trying to rip me off for the free repair that Northeast Lantern does.

I am sure that they know of the free repairs because they carry so few lanterns in their showroom. All I can say is buyer beware! I would highly recommend Northeast Lantern and their handcrafted lighting, but I cannot endorse Patti Bros.

Gave a lamp for repair. They did not fix it and never called me with a status uodate or return my call.

Patti Bros not only has a wonderful selection of beautiful lighting but they back it up with expert advice and service. I worked with Lisa and she has made the process of selecting new lighting for our home a pleasure. She guided me in making good selections and answered all my questions promptly and professionally. Great experience overall!

Our experience was generally poor. We went to Patti Bros for a chandelier and found what we thought was a lovely fixture that was a simple design and large enough for our foyer. The first fixture that arrived was very poorly made, was obviously lopsided, and took several months to arrive. When we spoke with the staff, they questioned, "how bad it is really?" My response was that Picasso may have been a genius, but we ordered something that was symmetrical.

Several weeks later, the new fixture arrived. The new fixture had one support post that was loose, but no obvious build flaws so we decided to tighten it ourselves and install. Through the process, the staff was polite but not friendly, and they really didn't do anything more than place a phone call and receive the box. It was disappointing that an obviously build flaw was even questioned as "good enough?" for the expense we paid. Wouldn't visit again especially considering their prices, relative to other stores, are very high.

Went looking for a new light recently, only to find that they're cleaning out the store for refurbishing. Wanted us to go to their Newton store to look at a light, which just wasn't worth doing.
