Bill, Michael and their crew made the process of installing an irrigation system in established gardens so easy. They were reliable, attentive to my questions and concerns and spent a great deal of time teaching me how to use my new smart system. I love the system they installed. My yard has never looked better and the system runs without much attention on my part as Michael set it up to be efficient and effective. I was referred to suburban by a friend who used this company years ago and have already passed their name on to friends who are interested. Great people and good product!

Bill, Michael and their crew are great. They went the extra mile and delivered a yard sprinkler system and lights under a tight schedule at the height of peak season. Super clear interactions with everyone, professional, and very methodical prep to ensure the right system is in place.

This was the second year using them and there was an issue with one of the zone. So waited 1 month for them to come back because was busy. They came and couldn't fix the problem and say we stayed 1 hr and have to go to next job and screw up the rest of the zone. So now they didn't fix it but made it worse. Suppose to fix 1 zone but combined 3 zones to 1.

I called their office and spoke to Alicia wanting an explanation and she didn't sound to polite. Not too professional from her and the technician. If someone can get back to me from the office would be nice. Thank you.

Just had a new septic system installed last fall and the sprinkler system was torn up in the process. A large portion of the front lawn was also destroyed. The final grading was to be completed in the spring followed by replacement of the sprinkler system, then reseeding. Because of the wet spring this year I was very concerned that there would be a delay in the completion of this work, so that we would have to wait until the fall to reseed. Suburban Lawn sprinkler did a great job in addressing all of my concerns.

They came out before the final grading and explained what had to be done. They had not installed the old system, so all of the old valves and wiring had to be found. I called them the day the grading was complete and two days later they were on the property replacing the system, even though the wet weather made it challenging. My wife and I were very pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of the whole team. Communication was outstanding and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of installation, repair or routine maintenance of an irrigation system.

Needed complete home lawn irrigation system installed. They responded right away and arranged time to walk through, explaining in detail how everything would be laid out and how the system would work, and got me a very reasonable proposal document. On installation they showed up with a big team of guys and very thoroughly went through the whole project (I have a complicated yard layout) getting it all installed in one day.

Great crew, very polite and professional, and knowledgeable. They went through the operation of the system in detail with me, making sure I was happy and understood how everything works. After a few days of getting used to the system, I called them and asked for some tweaks (adjusting the position and coverage of some of the sprinklers and concern that one area wasn't getting the coverage it should). They came back out the next day, made all the adjustments with no problems, and made sure I was completely happy with the results. These guys are great!

I needed to install an irrigation system and get a special approve from my town. Mike was great he did everything the town ask and my town have lots of requirements. When time to install came all I had to do is one email to mile and he made sure the system was installed on time. The team did a nice job. I tested the system and it work great. Turns out there great contractors that will not reap you off and will do a good job.

I have to say upfront, that the job was completed on time, in a very good workmanlike condition for that price! No surprises. He gave me a start date and he showed up on that date with his crew of around seven young men. They had a lot of digging by hand around roots and such but it was installed and done carefully the same day. When we turned on the system it was great!

Also, if you are familiar with the use of smart phone applications, I strongly recommend installing the Rachio Smart Sprinkler Controller. It's not the old fashion clock timer. It's incredibly dependable and convenient. It ties into your local weather stations and automatically calculates your watering schedule according to actual humidity, sunlight, and rainfall.

It's very convenient and saves you big bucks on water bills. It also comes with a manual override. Check it out online, you might like it. His son Mike came to my house and helped me set up the application on my iPhone. He was a great help. I share my schedule/watering data with him on the web and if I have a problem, he can solve it for me. A great comfort. Today the entire system runs perfect; I love it as much as I love my gardens!
