Evolving from firelight to gaslight and electric light, today we are the largest supplier of decorative lighting in the state of Kentucky. Take a trip back in time through the history of The Brecher Company. In 1866 C. Phillip Brecher and five others started a foundry casting fire backs and grates that would come to be the Brecher Company. The fireplace in the 1800's was the center of the home and office.

Horrible customer service Great showroom and nice to support local stores. Unfortunately, once your purchase is made, there is zero service. No one called when our order was ready. Took 40 minutes to pick up our order with us wandering the warehouse with employees trying to find one of our items. When unpackaging to load into our car, they lost 7 screws and didn't care. Returning our $1,000 light now and have been waiting 30 minutes already. Won't ever come here again.

Poor communication, failed to fill the order. There was no communication, even after reaching out, they said that it is on its way, but never shipped after three weeks they admitted they did not have the item. It was promptly refunded but I would not recommend ordering of lightingspaces.com a Beecher Company.

In my 60 years of life I've never been to the store until now. I had this preconceived notion that they would be so much more expensive than your big box stores. They were not. Of course, I must disclose I called them on a sale day our customer service person / lsales associate was Emily and was very helpful. The "back room" young man, Mark Taylor, was very polite and considerate.what a sweetheart. I'll definitely return to Beecher's; BUT, they have set their bar awfully high. (This is going to look amazing in the entrance hall/foyer)

The store's selection of high end light fixtures and ceiling fans is superb. I didn't find the light I was looking for, but staff was quick to assist when I walked in. Note to Parents: Keep hold of your little kids! There is so much glass and other things they can get hurt on from floor level and up. Letting your kids run around and go crazytown bananapants in this store is a VERY bad idea.

What a horrible experience. Went in to find a flush mount entry light, pendant lights and chandelier. Our designer suggested this place and we went in with pictures of what we had in mind. They were dismissive and treated us like trash. I guess we weren't dressed well enough. My wife said she felt like Vivian from Pretty Woman when she walked into the clothing store. They basically told us to shop online, which we did. Just not at their store. I hope the lady that brushed us off shops on commission. Big mistake, big, HUGE!

I ordered several outside lights through their online store (Lighting Spaces). They were fantastic! Great prices. Fast shipping. I was afraid that it was too good to be true when I ordered since I was not familiar with the store (being located in MN as I am). I am very pleased and will order from them again in a heart beat if they have what I need. Thank you!

Went here during their tent sale. First their selection of products is great and of high quality. My issue is with the service. They were busy and I was able to get someone to help me. They were knowledgeable and offered good suggestions. The problem is they kept getting distracted to help other folks. That resulted in me having to wait a number of times through the process.
Other larger problem was after the sell. Took 20 minutes to actual get the items I purchased. One of those items they pulled off the floor. No one asked me if I was okay getting the floor model and they wrapped it before I could inspect it. After already waiting so long, I was in no mood to wait for them to unwrap it again. When I raised my concern with the staff who were in the warehouse, they did apologize and indicated sales person should have informed me they only had floor model in stock. Thus my rating of 3 - poor service
