This company is incredible! I am a business owner and I am so appreciative when I find a company who values great customer service and value! Shawn was fantastic to work with! Very responsive and cared so much for our project! Him and his awesome team (especially Santos) went above and beyond to make our 27 acre estate property look absolutely incredible at night!

I received multiple quotes and demos from other lighting companies but none of them compared to Perfect Light! Their lights are way better than any other company and their value is better than any other company. I love that they care so much! The Perfect Light first put in our landscaping lights 15 years ago when we built our home in Carlton Woods. The installation and service were 10/10. Every year The Perfect Light has installed and removed our Christmas garland and lights. Over the years if the garland faded due to the sun, they were replaced the following year. Any problem with lights out were addressed the next day.

Recently after 15:years we decided to upgrade our landscaping lights to all LED lights. Sergio and his team moved and adjusted outlets that had less impact due to growth of brushes or trees and the LED's look fabulous. I couldn't be happier with the entire Perfect Light team. Thank you.

My husband and I have used The perfect Light for the last 12 years since we first bought our home. My mom/sister has used them for the last 18 years. They (Tori) really do take the stress out of Christmas. They are very professional, nice and prompt. They put all the decor up, take it down and store it for you. If there's a problem or a bulb goes out, they come out promptly and fix it. We love The Perfect Light and look for forward each year to have them do our Christmas decor. Thank you Perfect Light!

The Perfect Light was recommended by a neighbor and did a great job lighting my outdoor tree, garland and wreath. They are quick to return and repair the lights when squirrels chew on light strands, as they inevitably do. They are not necessarily the lowest-cost lighting option; but if you want a lighting job that is professional and lasts despite squirrel warfare, The Perfect Light is a wonderful option!

Extremely happy we went with The Perfect Light. Our home looked amazing. Most importantly, we did not have to worry about decorating ourselves and were able to spend the time doing other things.

Perfect Light has provided my Christmas lights for years. They are professional and very easy to work with. I get a text when they will put in the lights and another when they take them down. But most important, they are responsive if a bulb goes out (or any other small problem). The staff is polite and friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10.

I have been using The Perfect Light for more than 5 years. Every year they deliver on time with exceptional quality. On multiple occasions the weather caused my lights to shift or come loose, they have always came out and fixed the problem in a timely manor. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a qaulity installation.

We have been using The Perfect Light for Christmas lights for nearly a decade. They are always beautiful, installed quickly and on the rare occasion something is amiss, quickly out to fix. This year they came out and fixed the ground lights my dogs had messed up without me even asking! They must have noticed while putting up another house weeks later. I am very happy with The Perfect Light and would highly recommend them.

Not goofing to go well if things don't go exact as they like! Very poor communication, Unwilling to provide a firm installation date. Become defensive and rude if you ask any questions once you sign their quote I don't normally post anything negative about a business. So this is for those of you like me. I recently moved into a new area and wanted to add landscape lights to my home.

So I researched local businesses on the typical social media sights to see what others were saying. I found The Perfect Light, they appeared to have high review scores. I called to set up a quote. Nick came out very pleasant said all the right things. He said he'll send a quote which he did. The quote didn't include anything about the fixtures, which I wanted to see before the were installed.

I called the company to see if they could provide and information on the light fixtures they said they have to reach out to Nick. Well somehow Nick took offense. Here's some of the email he sent me. Hello I understand you would like some more information regarding the fixtures/bulbs. I would suggest doing some of your own research to find the exact fixtures and options you are looking for.

You might even be able to install them yourself. The options are limitless but if you would like to use quality materials, excellent labor and have a company that will stand by you then I would recommend letting us do the work After I settle Nick down to say I just wanted to know what quality fixture he was using. He provide what I needed. Next step I sign the quote.

After a couple of days asked when to expect installation. He said they are two weeks out. Ok, it is what it is. Well today I get a random Text. Your install has been delayed. So I email when should I expect install. They couldn't give me an answer. (I get the whole supply chain thing). So I pressed a little, a couple of weeks? a month, more than a month?

No response at all. Just another defensive email from their region managerShane. Well the moral of the story their 4.8 stars are when things go according to plan. As soon as you question this or press them for anything things aren't what you want. If you look at their reviews all the low ratings are due to situations like mine. I can only imagine how difficult it would be dealing with this business if there were service issues. Well I hope this helps others like myself

I have worked with this company on and off for years, but never again. They sneak charges onto your bill, yet maintain a 'superior' attitude about themselves whenever you talk to them. I find them to be unethical at best, but probably must worse then that. Be careful if you work with them. I am happy to pay for the service that I get, but will not allow a company to take money for nothing. Customer service is a joke as well.

The perfect light has done our Christmas lights for the last five years. They were able to give us a new design when we moved to another home. Great job in the installation and take down. If there were any issues with the lights they arrive within a day to fix the problem. My neighbors compliment us on our lights every year.

These guys are professional and do a great job. Not only are they excellent at set up and wiring, they will even help you design a Christmas lighting plan that looks best for you home. We have used them for about 10 yrs now and have never been disappointed. Price is reasonable as well.

I've only had TPL do our Christmas lights for one year so far, but are on the schedule for our 2nd year this year. The lights looked fantastic last year. I will update this review with photos after this year's installation occurs. Mike did a great job during the initial consultation, listening to what I was envisioning and offering his input without trying to upsell anything.

The quote process was very clearly delineated, communication was prompt and all my questions readily answered. They showed up on time, and did a great job with a clean installation and kept all wires as discrete as possible. During the takedown, we discovered that the garlands had left rust stains all over our cast stone stair railings. We did not see it until we had got home that night and they had already left.

We called the next day, and they were already on it. They ordered brand new garlands to be installed this year, and had ordered cast stone cleaner, then once it arrived they promptly scheduled a convenient time to come out and clean off the stains, which they did so completely and thoroughly. I really value companies who show accountability and integrity, and this company has been exemplary.

I can't say more about this team of people; from the office staff (Tori) the young men that come and layout the lights for you and come back after dark to show you how it will look before full installation; walking you through what is best type of lighting and lights for our home and area; Cody and Mike and then the two young men, Juan and His partner (sorry forgot name) polite, clean, took good care of my newly planted flowers and trees and they worked until 10:00pm to finish the job and make sure all worked well! I could write a book. Perfect Light will be my yard light team as well as my Christmas lights! Blessings to everyone!

The LEDs they use look soo much better than other lights we see in our neighborhood. Been a customer for 3 years, look forward to adding to next year's package. Service is excellent, fix or replace blind with a simple email request.

I have used The Perfect Light for my outdoor Christmas lighting for going on 7 years. They are actually getting better and more customer friendly each year! This year my daughter ran over about 10 driveway lights and The Perfect Light had them replace in less than two days. I really appreciate that kind of response.

We have in years past put up our own holiday lights. This year we really wanted to take advantage of the two large live oak trees we have in our yard and therefore called The Perfect Light. We called and scheduled an appointment and the technician performing the consultation was on time and prepared. We decided to go with hanging strings of lights from the branches and once it was done it completely wowed us.

They were beautifully installed, with no visible trace or wiring anywhere. They also stood up to the wind and rain Houston experienced this past December. We hated to see the holiday season end as we enjoyed seeing how beautiful the lights were dangling from our trees. We will absolutely use Prefect Light once again and already look forward to the 2019 holidays.

The perfect light does a great job of install and take down on time and with excellent service of any issues. I tried cheaper companies and got much cheaper performance.

We had The Perfect Light install landscape lights in our yard, spotlights on our house and most recently, Christmas lights on our roof. We could not be more pleased with their professional customer service from start to finish. The crews were extremely efficient and did a wonderful job. Our home looks gorgeous and I highly recommend this company.

The Perfect Lighting just finished there second time installing lights I'm sooo happy with there work I'm sorry for those whom have said they had problems but I guess you can't please everybody things take time Mike bent over backwards to make my yard a show place the work crew was excellent Thank you Caroline and Mike and his work crew

First of all, it's hard to find a landscape lighting company that is trustworthy. They are great for the service they offer and the maintenance plans that covers almost all problems as to why the lights would stop working. And as far as Christmas lights go, it's easy to find someone to put up the lights but the difference between those people and this company is that they will service the lights during the time the lights are up and store them when Christmas is done. That's what makes them great!

I would give zero stars but apparently that is not an option. Horrible customer service. They left their customer waiting all day then promised an after hours appointment and still didnt show up. When contacted again they stated they didnt want their business anymore. Even though customer had used them previously! They even asked their customer to stop contacting them!. Dont waste your time or money with this company.

Don't you just hate it when you are trying to give someone your business and they tell you that in order to have the privilege of giving them your money, you will have to wait at home ALL DAY, and someone will be there between 8-5. Even doctors make you wait less. The Perfect Light (a home outdoor and Christmas light company) actually found a new way to screw over their customer.

I wait all day at home, then I call about status, they tell me a technician will be there AFTER 5:00. And I stupidly wait on them all night as well. When I ask them when I can waste another day waiting on them this is the response I get Joe, We won't be able to service your lights anymore bud. Please don't contact us anymore. Thank you for your past business. Best of luck to you. Sorry we let you down. At least they apologized and now I feel better. Thanks for letting me vent.

The Perfect Light has always been very professional and they have done a great job with our Christmas Lights over the past 8 years! They make it easy on us! We highly recommend.

We have been pleased with the service so far with The Perfect Light. It has improved in recent years and we can tell. I appreciate the text alerts letting us know when a service man is on his way to install our lights as well as a picture of that man. The lights and decor are beautiful and the device is fast and efficient.

We decided on uplighting our trees. John came out to give us an estimate and was very professional and personable. The men that came to instal where very nice and cleaned up the job site as they worked. We were not completely satisfied with the final result and they came back very quickly and completely changed everything to meet our needs and even offered to come back until we were satisfied. We are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend perfect lighting! Thank you!
