I have used Regency for the past 35 years. I have had a relatively small business with limited lighting needs, but I have always been treated as though I was their favorite big-time customer. My supplies are usually there by the next day, and they handle any complaints or mixups with a cheerful, "customer-is-always-right" attitude.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. I called during business hours and nobody answered. I called the next day, no answer, so I left a message. I called a few days later and left another message stating that it was my second attempt. No response. I then emailed the next day and explained that it was my third attempt. This is a company that we have done business with and given money to.
They finally responded via email and apologized. I responded 3 minutes later. Then no response from them again. I called and it went to voicemail Really HORRIBLE and they should be ashamed. I am happy to post this to forewarn anyone about doing business with them.
