Met at site ahead of job to fully scope out work. Built in flexibility should I desire or need to expand in the future. Site crew was on time, considerate and very professional. I have been a customer of Unique Outdoor for several years. Particularly in this challenging environment, i feel a glowing review is merited. 1. Their product works well. 2. They are highly responsive. 3. Their service technicians are: - good at what they do - on time, polite, and - practice all COVID prevention protocols (face masks, distancing). Most importantly, if there is a problem, they work efficiently and quickly to get it resolved.

COMMUNICATION: Decided to keep business with them due to previous homeowner's relationship. Not sure what's going on internally, but the customer service is failing. Call for quotes and service.leave messages, no response. Call back leave message again.still a week later, no reply. Finally get through to schedule site visit and finally get on their calendar.

Day of visit, no show, no call. Get them rescheduled to come back out, no call, just a pop up visit, did work and left. No communication AT ALL. I truly understand Covid-19 has changed the course of norm, but communication is still key. I may have to move on and disregard the ROR. Sure hate this, but my time is just as valuable and I should have to chase them for business and keep looking at my phone and door for site visits.

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to share my experience not only with the install, but also with the longevity of the product. When I initially spoke with Greg about my vision for the lighting layout, he was able to offer suggestions that complimented my design much more effectively. Unique Outdoor were also able to complete the installation within a 2 week window of our initial consultation.

The installation crew arrived on time, were polite and very quick with the install. The only complaint I have was that they did not go over how to make adjustments on the controls for the lighting system. It was not a huge issue as I was able to find a manual online to help guide me. It has been almost a year since the installation and I have not had any problems with the lights. If you are thinking about doing landscape lighting, definitely give them a call. Their team is knowledgeable and offer fair prices.

The team at Unique has done a very good job with my Mosquito misting system. Anytime we have had an issue they have been very quick to come out and repair. I do the yearly service with them where it doesn't cost me anything extra for repairs or pesticide.

The experience I've had with Unique Otdoors has been amazing. At the time I was having several projects going on at the house. Some were good and some not so good. But I had one project that went as smooth as silk without any issues. That was with Unique Outdoors. They installed my Mosquito misting system and it has been trouble free since day one for the past 6 months. I highly recommend Unique Outdoors! We had a couple of companies come out and give us quotes and Unique Outdoors offered not only the best product, but great pricing and very professional. They have the friendliest service techs and we have not seen a mosquito since it was installed.

I've been working with Mark and the folks at UO for many years. They have installed and maintained mosquito systems at two houses, each with their unique challenges. They have been prompt, responsive and very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Love this company! Did a great job with installation, great job maintaining our system quarterly. We don't have to do a thing when it comes to upkeep. Love that we got a remote with it in case we need to spray outside of our automatically programmed times. It has made a HUGE difference in our yard- we back up to a heavily wooded area and we can actually sit out in our backyard without getting bitten by pesky mosquitos. Best investment we have made! Worth every penny and they were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about how happy I am with these guys. Mike worked around my schedule to meet me for an estimate and then they again worked around my schedule to do the install. The install was quick and easy and I feel like I got a really good deal on my mosquito system. I would recommend them to everyone!
