Wow I was not able to go in the place but their display is really nice. I love the unique lighting options they have. I will have to go in there sometime to check out the lights. I really like the modern oval and round lights. Really neat looking.

Lofings Lighting is our go to lighting consultants! They have a unique level of detailed knowledge of about fixtures, glass, crystal, lumens, bulbs, fans and more. We've worked with them for decades and learn something from them every visit.

Excellent place! Not as big as some of the other lighting places but they carry some good stuff. However, I think what sets them apart is their customer service - our first time visiting the store and we were helped by a couple of people - they are very knowledgeable about their products - this is what sets them apart from buying from Amazon. You can buy from Amazon - but you won't get the expertise that these guys have to help you make a better decision. Special shoutout to Rob who showed us a bunch of options - things that we didn't even know and hadn't considered.

Cort took care of me today, listened to me carefully and explained to me how my lamp could be repaired and rejuvenated, along with various options that were also available to me (color, lamp shades etc.,). Always nice when a design specialist is really interested in your projet and willing to go an extra mile to help you. It should also be noted that additional staff were extremely helpful as well. Lofings has an amazing inventory -in-store and online-but was sets them apart is their fantastic customer service! Staff is knowledgeable about all aspects of lighting (scale, style, wattage, etc.) and provide guidance along the way. Ordering is very easy.detailed quotes, even angle info for outdoor landscaping lights provided and appropriate bulbs listed.

Their online wishlist makes it very easy to compare fixtures for any room. Quick turnaround and boxes were all labeled for our large order. Very pleased.a very pleasant purchasing experience! Wendy Lofings is incredibly helpful, easy going, and a good listener! She provided a few options for each of my room needs at the price point we discussed. So grateful we still have stores & service like this!

I'm taking this time to give a shout to the wonderful team at Lofings Lighting. Recently I took a floor lamp to them for repair, though I didn't buy it from them, and I've had it for over 10 years. The lamp was damaged by movers with a stem broken in half. While it was not a commonly sold brand, they took the time to get a replacement part and charged a fair price repair and reassemble. I'm sorry to say there are few lighting company's that would provide this service.

While in their showroom I observed an amazing selection of fixtures which I will utilize for future needs. Thank You Lofings Team, and let me tell all that you provided a warm response to my needs.

I brought in an antique lamp that needed rewiring. They did a fine job rewiring and cleaning up the lamp. I will be back with other rewiring projects. Their lighting inventory is very nice but out of my price range. They were very nice.

Lofings is the only store to go to. I have purchased and installed many fixtures for them and at my own place. Keith Young always takes care of my needs. They are the very best at customer service which I have seen personally countless of times. They always know the right products to go with whatever you're purchasing which isn't an easy thing to do.

They are all extremely knowledgeable in their field and everyone is very nice. You get the very best quality at the best prices period. They will always take care of you and keep excellent records in case you have a warranty issue. I recommend everyone I know to them. This is the only place to go and people come from far away to visit this store and for good reason. This is and will always be my place for lighting.

We recently used Lofings to outfit a new house with all of the lighting for it. We had a strict budget and Max was incredible about listening to our needs and taste, and then making recommendations to help us stay on track and on budget. We went to the store once (pre-Covid) and then did everything else virtually. Max was truly amazing -- patient with our endless requests, quick to respond, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Lofings for any and all lighting needs you have -- the folks there are true professionals.

I was very impressed by the quality of service displayed by everyone at Loftings Lighting. Despite the fact that I needed only a tiny replacement piece to repair a costly lamp, not only did they go the extra mile to order that piece from Europe, but on top of it they didn't charge me for the repair! As a result, while they certainly didn't earn much in financial terms, they have won my trust and confidence for any additional purchase in the future. Trust is gold, and they've earned it.

I had been searching hi and lo for a sparkly modern gold chandelier for my white and gold formal living room. I walked in to this store and loved the chrome n silver crystal chandeliers on display in the front of the store but I needed one with gold in it. After I showed Max my inspiration piece that only came in chrome finish he pulled out a huge binder and was able to find a piece that matched the look I was going for.

What impressed me was the product knowledge he had. It's hard to pick a chandelier from a picture but I was able to place the order with Max's help. Can't wait to receive it and have it installed. Oh and also he was able to price match!

Lofing lighting was so helpful when I had no idea what to do with my landscape lighting. They took the time to work with me and help lay out a plan. They even recommended local electricians that could help. If you need anything lighting for your house I highly recommend them!

Keith, Wendy, and the entire Lofings' team were just incredibly helpful when my husband and I were updating our 80 year-old house. Aside from needing new lighting, we needed an education on the whole LED world of lighting and how to best integrate. Everyone in the store offered support, guidance, knowledge and an array of beautiful lights and how to best narrow down our choices. All and all, a super positive experience.

Lofings remains my first stop when looking for fixtures for my clients' homes. I've been shopping and referring friends, family and clients to them for over 10 years. I've tried other places and keep coming back because of their service. They always get it right, have helpful suggestions, and stock the random oddball pieces I occasionally need. I've been going to Lofings for over 20 years. I think they have 4 generations of Lofings in the store. I still use lamps I purchased there ages ago. Wendy helped me select all my light fixtures when we remodeled our kitchen over 10 years ago and I still love those pendants. More recently she helped me select a fixture for my bathroom remodel. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They even had a shop for customizing your fixtures or turning your heirlooms into a light fixture.

Fantastic selection of quality lighting and ceiling fans. Staff was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Ended up purchasing a wonderful Minka ceiling fan that arrived sooner than expected. Will definitely shop here again!

This place is awesome! Great selection, a wide range of styles and prices, and excellent customer service! They were great too when we weren't happy with the color we chose for some custom lights. They expedited the order of the replacements and gave us a very fair cost. Shop here. You won't be sorry!

Stewart was awesome! I brought in a connected line of crystals from a crystal ceiling light. I had dropped a full line of them while cleaning and broke several. There were 6 different kinds of crystal shapes and 4 different types of gold colored connectors that needed to be replaced. I was told it would take 2 weeks to be delivered and it pretty much was.

Today my hubby picked up the box with all of the ordered pieces. I was nervous to look inside, but when I did I discovered they are all a perfect match! It was like magic how Stewart figured it all out with his metric ruler and catalogue. I am over the moon that this issue I had put off for over a year is now taken care off! Thank you Stewart for your amazing ability to match up my crystals and restore my fixture to its original beauty. This store is awesome! You'd be foolish not to check them out!

Family owned Great selection Very knowledgable Went in to shop for 2 lights for replacement in bathroom-Ended up purchasing 6 lights for different parts of the house. Stuart was an awesome multitasker and was answering our questions, looking up small specifics we had questions on, and gave us multiple options and suggestions for the space. Some things you do not think about. K rating of bulbs- Dimmable? LED? We also wanted a floor display and they took it down and securely wrapped it to go- Great service and product lines- Will be back!

Went in on Sat to get a lampshade. The kids working there were smartaleks and knew not the first thing about customer service. They eventually relented and suggested another co-worker who would be in on Tuesday who could help with a custom lampshade. Too bad they won't get e 2nd chance because, contrary to the saying, NOT everyone deserves one.

I have been to Lofings Lighting quite a few times over the years and have always been treated exceptionally. They always do everything they can to help me out and generally I have left with what I came for. The staff seems quite knowledgeable and has been able to help come up with solution for some pretty tough problems over the years. Today was no exception.

A good friend of mine had a couple of old light shades that he wanted made into pendant lights and he wanted to turn a swag light into a ceiling fixture. The staff at Lofings was outstanding as usual and had me on my way in minutes with everything I needed to complete my projects.
