The ESPA was formed in 2007 as an alliance of building, installation and manufacturing companies. Together, we have agreed to work, harmoniously on projects to ensure that the final results lead to a cost-effective, energy-efficient, intelligent building, designed for long-term savings. The cost of energy and a century-plus of pumping hydrocarbons into the atmosphere is taking its toll.
Any building or re-modeling project that considers this as the primary goal will reduce costs not only over time but also during construction. The options can seem daunting. The ESPA helps you to clarify the decisions based on size, location, intent and budgetary considerations. The results are geared to provide a building that is as close to sustainable as possible within the constraints of the project.
The ESPA follows a typical and logical path of construction.
Define the long-term requirements for which the building will be tasked are paramount.
Designing systems to meet or exceed those goals, using proven technology aimed at sustainability.
Providing compatible systems for seamless integration and maximum monitoring and control.
Ensuring that the systems installed function to design specification and optimal performance.
Follow-up service to keep the facilities department informed and up-to-date.
By working as one and preparing as a unit, the ESPA can reduce unexpected costs.

Our company was confused about ways to become more sustainable. ESPA did a walk-through with us and pointed out numerous ways we could save on utilities. They were very patient with our team and asked us questions to help understand our needs. Then, worked with us to devise a plan that we could follow that addressed our budget and how the savings from the easier projects could help to finance the next projects. We have completed our lighting project and are beginning our HAVC upgrades. We continue to work with ESPA and are confident that the savings will continue.
