BUYER BEWARE! What you see online is not what you get. I received damaged/defective items and they want me to pay to ship the items back and pay the shipping to send the replaced items. Do not shop here especially when you can get all these items they sell else were

Ordered a chandelier from here and it was advertised the wrong price. Rather than honor the price listed when I purchased the item they sent me a generic email saying the item was out of stock and then doubled the price when they realized the error. What a poor way to do business

Be prepared to wait! I ordered a pendant light that was listed "in stock" and available to ship in two weeks. Well, a month later the pendant light has still not shipped and when I called to inquire I was told that its sitting on the shipping floor but has not moved in two weeks. Had I known I would have ordered from Shades of Light. They cannot provide an estimated shipping date and keep telling me it will ship any day.

Still waiting for the shipping notification. Customer service is responsive and very nice, but they cannot do anything about shipping delays. Update, I did finally get the light but decided to return it because it just didn't work in the space. They are now charging me the original shipping costs, $58.00 and I have to pay to return it AND a 10% restocking fee ( was 25% but they lowered it) Buyer beware! Horrible company policies and not worth the headache. I will NEVER order from Meadow Blu again.

Great selection of decor. Unfortunately nothing my husband liked but several pieces I liked. Woman working was not pushy or hover-y but answered my questions when I wanted assistance.

Horrible experience. Bought a chair on approximately 4.7. It took until late July (7.28) to deliver. The chair was delivered to the my condo when I was not there so the condo staff accepted. When I arrived, the chair was damaged. One of the legs had been snapped off and no where to be found. When I wanted the chair returned, Meadow Blu said no. Since no damage was noted upon delivery, they would not allow return. So here I am with a damaged chair. I would NEVER buy from them again.

I absolutely love my counter stools ordered from Meadow Blu. The packaging was top notch, and the quality of the counter stools is excellent! I had a question for customer service, and they called me personally right away! As far as some of the complaints i see here on Google Reviews concerning lead times taking so long - these are the times we live in now. Supply and demand, labor shortages, supply change disruptions, and freight carrier delays are affecting every business. Be patient, it is WORTH THE WAIT!

Horrible customer service. Placed an order 6 months ago. Was put on backorder and I asked to cancel the order multiple times. They wouldn't allow me to cancel. Item was received broken and I contact customer service again to return my order. Candace said they would contact the manufacture and it would take 12 biz days. I never heard back from her and have been calling and emailing for months without a response. I just filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I say many people had similar issues.

THE WORST Customer service I have ever experienced. We ordered a Table Jan 6th and still have not received it - it is now June 23rd, every month we ask for an update they tell me - "it will ship late February" - "It will ship "late march" - "it will ship late April" you get the point. They tell me something different every time as far as where the table is shipping from, she also promises to call the vendor and give me a call back - I get zero follow up.

I understand due to COVID that things are taking longer than expected, however, with little to no communication or updates from them and false expectations as to when our dining table will be arriving it has been extremely frustrating. As much as I love their pieces I will never order from them again.

Candelabra has been my go-to retailer for lighting and home decor for many years. I seldom fail to find a solution for my decorating needs and I am consistently amazed at the selection and the quality of product this company represents. If you enjoy shopping put Candelabra and it's sister company Lyndon Leigh on your list. The Candelabra website is amazing and they're online assistance couldn't be any more helpful!

I ordered a beautiful light fixture that arrived in a timely manner! The staff at Candelabra was communicative with any questions and updates on delivery. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely order again!

Make sure you call before you head to this store. I checked their website and it said their hours on Saturday were 10am- 6PM. Took the 25min. drive to their store only to find a sign saying they were "closed". What is the point of posting your store hours online and even having a special section on your websites for "updates" when you don't use it? Very unprofessional.

My all time favorite furniture/furnishings store in Charleston! The staff members are so helpful and polite. Incredibly unique furniture, art, pillows, and trinkets galore! Highly recommend!

This store is the Boutique of Home Decor, Period. It's a large space with unique & beautiful original one of a kind finds. It's traditional, modern, eclectic, funky. Whatever your taste in home decor you are going to find it here. They carry a broad range of pillows, linens, silver & gold plated accents, from Coastal to Modern. They also carry lighting of course and some wall art, along with furniture, both large and small pieces.

Expect to spend at least an hour here browsing through all the unusual finds which will brighten up any space in your home. It is also great for that unusual gift, be it wedding or birthday. It is pricey, that's for sure but my motto is.save up & if it's wanted badly enough and is unique enough then go out all steam ahead. You will not find anything else like it and that's for sure. I have been in here several times. The staff are friendly and helpful without being in your face.
