Prior to the advent of the internet, customers options were limited when purchasing emergency vehicle lighting.
Here at Strobes N' More we realize you may need additional help outside of the installation guide so we've created a few videos to troubleshoot some of these general issues. We hope these will help you in the process of getting the most out of your purchase. Remember, do not bench test (battery chargers, batteries, converters, etc.) Install the lights per the manufacturer's specifications.

I really regret ordering from Strobesnmore. I ordered lights for my police unit on my own dime. I get my credit card bills at my mailbox in Vegas that I've had for 19 years. I work in NM. There was nothing on the website regarding different shipping address. I noticed order status changed to "info needed". I immediately called in and was told that they only ship to billing address.

They refused to change it. They informed me that they buried that language in their website terms of service. They didn't care that they have already delivered an order to my NM address. They did not attempt to confirm by phone or by email. Their policy is to take no action except to ship to billing address without any interaction. I completely understand when a website puts on their web page that they don't allow a different shipping address.

I even understand when a business cancels an order. Cancelling the order would have worked out fine. When I did management years ago, I went above and beyond in customer service. Its sad that today that there are companies that have a "don't lift a finger" attitude when it comes to customer service. Whoever thought it would be a good idea to ship a lightstick to a completely different state than the state the patrol car is in has NO experience in customer service. Having to pay again to have it shipped to me negates any savings using these guys.

A simple verification or even an order cancellation would have been welcomed. Put it on the order page. But not lifting a finger and sending it to a different state isn't acceptable in anyone's book. This is just lazy and has nothing to do with fraud concerns. Call your customer or cancel the order next time. I won't be ordering here anymore unless they are the last ones on Earth with the product.

I love the selection of equipment that they offer. I have used them for outfitting my last 3 command vehicles and they do not disappoint. Their prices are fair and their work is very professional.

Courteous and helpful. Helped us to figure out lighting for the trucks. That is what the 1st review said with 5 stars but that's same purchase fast forward 3 months because of scheduling and getting this light installed as part of a bigger build the day after the build was completed we called and told them that we could not use the Acadia no household no hassle, Drill free 3rd break light shelf.

They told us that because it took so long that we have to keep it and that they will not take it back it's usually my experience that when you go to a company where you buy parts for something and you don't use it you don't open it or anything you can still return it. The only reason why we had it so long is because the light that we were getting installed to go on the shelf took it took until January to get to us to us so we didn't even get the light until a month ago.

Even though we got the light a month ago it's still they said it's too late to return it so because they took so long they won't accept it back now and and it's their fault. Our company no worries lawn and plow, llc will never do business with this place ever again and we have nothing good to say about them. This is because we're out a lot of money and the only mistake that we made was shopping with these guys.

We are choosing another vendor to buy lights for trucks in our fleet as of today. So because the wallen light took over 3 months to get from you to us we don't get our money back for the shelf. Not right!

I needed a replacement strobe for my hidden strobe system in my plow truck, and since I had sold the truck I needed it fast. One strobe light isn't a big sale, but I was treated like I was their only customer. Not only did they find the exact part I needed, but they shipped it the same day at a very reasonable price. Since I'm not too far away the part arrived the next day.

It was a perfect fit and worked properly. I found quality products sold by courteous professionals and look forward to outfitting my new truck with more products from Strobes n more.

I've used strobes n more a lot usually on time may take a week at most to have a product ship I placed an order with it not being a special order or anything and no we're saying out of stock or back order I have talked to customer service and found out could be three more weeks before it'll ship. It's frustrating with that I need it as soon as possible not in a month. I think they could update there site to let there customer know!

Ordered the E92 hide away strobe kit. I had one that failed. These are much brighter and they shipped the same day. I got them the following day as I'm only 2 states away. Customer service is awesome. Products are equally awesome. I'll only purchase from this company from here on out. I plow in the winter and these are a must.

On January 27th 2020 I attempted an order online and I must have been doing it wrong so to make my life easier I called in and spoke with Will who was more than happy to assist with helping me place the order. He took all of my billing information and away we went. After 4 days of not receiving an invoice I called to 1 check to make sure the order went through and 2 to see if I could get the invoice emailed to me as the money had already been pulled.

The nice lady on the phone took care of me withing minutes. 6 days later all the lights showed up, packing was good and we headed to the install portion of this wonderful story. Everything is in, wire loomed and looking fairly professional given my experience. I turned on the E68 traffic advisor and WOW great light! Just one minor problem, the left of center head burns steady and bright regardless of the setting, direction, high/low ect.

The next day I called in, spoke with a nice lady again and she said she would have some reach out within a few days. never got a call so again I all in and have a great conversation with Will again, he remembers the order and said this was so unusual, he had never heard of this bar having any issues, it's a best sell yadda yadda. He to is going to get with the warranty dept and take good care of me. 9 days go by with no luck and bring tired of dealing with middle people that dont follow through I reach out to Louis, he must be a great guy, he lists his contact information right on the bottom of the site!

He responded within 20 min which by the way was 930 pm. I thanked him for reaching out and he said it would be taken care of in the morning. MORNING TIME. Will calls to see how we can resolve this issue, the company wants me to box the light and return it so it can be inspected and they will send out a new one.wait a minute this things 3 weeks old.

A day old in fact when I called about the initial issue. I suggested they send me a new one with a return label and I would return the other one, while explaining that if I have to remove all of the other components all over again then I would want the replacement there at the same time for re installation so my truck dosen't have to keep getting torn apart over a 300.00 light.

Will checks with Louis, Will comes back with a negative ghost rider, he can send me a label and I can drop it off at ups but that's the best they can do. I jokingly suggested just charging me for another, sending it out and giving me a refund when they get the other one back. WILL loves that idea so much that he went to Louis with the idea, everyone loves it.except me, why the HE** should I have to keep being inconvenienced over this, I have spent enough time on the phone and email that I could have swapped everything again. Needless to say I didn't like the idea that again I came up with being a smart A**.

I recieved a return label in my email the next day (today). The customers are treated like royalty when they make a purchase but how dare anyone question the quality of the the products they sell. I'm to the point now where I'm just going to leave the junk bar on my truck and when people ask about it (it's used every day) I'm going to explain the wonderful story of the strobes n more customer care program.

I've always had a positive experience with the team here. I've had help with everything from pre-sale questions, order modifications, and warranty returns. Ordered several items several times. never an issue. Been a customer for several years and even experienced their warranty process. Light output is equal to or brighter than big price name brands. Keep up the good work. customer for life! You will not be disappointed. Seems like they go through a great deal to shoot videos and give as much info as possible on their products.

We are a small towing company in Ohio and run these products on all our units. Can't wait for them to produce a strobesnmore full size lightbar. Be seen, be safe! Thanks again strobesnmore!
