Getting all 7 lights up and running was a pain. 2 of them started acting up 2 months in. Just not turning on when they others would. Now I have a different wifi provider and there doesn't appear to have a way to just change the network for all lights. I'm going to have to start from scratch. not a happy camper.

Purchased last night spent a good hour trying to set up last night and today. I have worked for the cable company the alarm company satellite companies since 2007 I shouldn't have issues connecting to Wi-Fi. Try to contact support that's damn near impossible and you just keep getting the same runaround do not buy this product their lightbulbs are garbage that's why it seemed like a good deal and that's probably why Costco bought a bunch of them because I got a killer deal on them because nobody would buy them

Purchased a motion sensor and they needed technical support to get it working and it was like pulling teeth to get a response although I finally did. They could not fix the problem and I was told that they would have a supervisor call me but I never did get a call back. Funny thing is I did get an email asking me to evaluate their technical support! These people do not support their product

Horrible customer service. I called and waited 15 minutes only to hear a voice message that I they cannot take my call now and to leave a message. Then I tried chat which was even worse. I explained that after an power outage, 3 of my 9 Feit smart devices were difficult to reconnect to wi-fi and when they did, I could not find them in my in my Alexa App.
I found out later that even though I change the name of the light the device controlled, the name was changed back to Smart Plug 1, etc. During the chat, I was confused, and A. Torres was trying to lead the way, but what he said did not match what my iPhone was indicating, so he ended the chat. I started chat again, and A. Torres was in bad mood and when I asked why he ended the chat, he stated, "BECAUSE YOUR WASTING MY TIME. I'M TRYING TO HELP YOU AND ALL YOU DO IS COMPLAIN." I told him it was his job!
I was not complaining at all. He really did not understand that 6 devices where fine and 3 were not. All he could say was that I was using a trial version of the app and that my devices where not linked to the Feit account! So he abruptly ended the chat again. For 2 years and all was OK. I was linked to their account and when I tried again, I told him it said I already have an account.

The customer service rep at that time was excellent and helped me and even set me a new pair of switches for my problems. I have many other Feit products, but this guys attitude was not a good representation for the Feit brand. If it continues from what I see here, Costco will stop selling their products. Costco doesn't like unhappy customers.

The worst of the worst to deal with, tried calling the company to get some help to install a smart plug as he does not work the way according to instructions. I was put on hold for 17 minutes and the call got disconnected. Tried from two phones stay the same story. Please do not buy any of these products as they are horrible customer service never experienced something like this before with any company.

I purchased a large number of Feit WiFi dimmer switches, light bulbs, and plugs for my home. Apart from the fact that the instructions were written by a chimpanzee and are totally unhelpful, the devices themselves only work intermittently. Apparently, the devices have no memory whatsoever. So, what happens when the is a momentary power glitch? The devices stop functioning as WiFi devices and function only as regular non-WiFi devices.
You have to start at ground zero and go through the extremely time consuming, arduous process of installing and programing each device from scratch to get it to operate as a WiFi device again. In the future, when I see the name "Feit" on a product, I will run in the opposite direction.

I gave 1 star because I can't give a 0 or -1 I bought six G9 bulbs for our dining room light fixture. The back of the package said there was a 2 year warranty with an average life of 9.1 years (approximately 10,000 hours). I replaced each fixture with one of these Feit LED G9 bulbs, when the halogen bulb burned out. The bulb that I first installed, burned out before any of the remaining halogen bulbs.
I called the company to inform them. They said that they would send me a replacement bulb. It never arrived. Four of the 6 bulbs burned out after 2 - 4 months. 2 of the bulbs never worked at all.

2/15/21 UPDATE: The last bulb died out on me in December. Trying out GE's bulbs and they seem to be much better. I bought (4) Feit bulbs at the beginning of the year. 3 out of 4 burned out on me within 4 months. Here are my problems: 1. The packaging says it comes with a 2 year warranty, but going on the Feit website, they say it's only 1 year. I dislike that it isn't clear. 2.

I called to get a replacement glass. The kid I was speaking with was pretty rude. I wouldn't give him my email and that's when he started to tell me there was nothing he could do to help me. I'll never recommend Feit to anyone. Go with Satco or Philips, much easier to deal with and they don't lie about their warranties, 3-5 year on most all of their LEDs. Good job Feit.

Feit electric STANDS BY their products. I had an issue with LED bulbs and sent all information (including receipt) via email to their customer service. Without ANY additional effort, I was responded to (albeit in a bit of time, but that didn't matter to me), and replacement bulbs were sent. I am so impressed with them I had to review. Thank you so much Feit for honoring your products!

Quality overall it's great, I will give 3 1/2 starts. I have from cameras, lights and smart plugs. I do think smart plugs are a little bit high in price and the only place you may be able to find them at a good price is at Costco if you have a membership. Camera App it's Ok, what I like is that comes with 128GB microSD (bought at Costco as well) and it doesn't require a subscription, but still think improvements can be made. Indoor lights work great as groups, as I have set them up on Alexa to turn on and off at specific times. Overall yes, I will keep them for as long as they work.

Sorry for the inconvenience regarding your failed LED. The unit may have been compromised in the shipping and handling of the product which resulted in the shortened life. You may return the product to the store, they will be more than happy to help with your request for replacement. In the meantime, let me know if there is anything else we can help with.

I sent Feit Electric a request for help with malfunctioning smart bulbs. Anderson Torres (Feit customer service) replied that he would not help me until I sent him a video of myself - yes, a VIDEO of myself - describing the problem. I guess this was his way of avoiding work. I won't be buying any other Feit products - and you should not either.

USELESS Initially set up the smart plugs and was able to customize the timer to turn on, turn off or turn on and off at set times. Now the only option is to set a schedule for on and off. One of the outlets is only recognized a couple hours a day now. Updating the app did not resolve the issue. Also dislike that an app is required, no option for website access. Will be looking for a product that better meets my needs.

I had an issue with three of the led replacement bulbs for 48 bulbs. Called called customer service (during the epidemic) and was totally surprised to get a real person to pick up quickly. Explained my problem, he told me what he thought had happened with arching and said he had a solution and would send me new bulbs to use in my installation. Apologized that there might be a delay in shipping due to short staff with the virus and I completely understood.
Low and behold, I got the tubes in less than a week. I am sorry I didn't write down the customer service reps name but he gets a 10 for the best customer service I have seen in my 70 years. No blaming, just taking responsibility and making it right! Chico, CA

Do your homework. Even though, the package says "DIMMABLE" in bold the front of the box. The fine print says to "call" them for compatibility. I've never had to call a company to buy a light bulb before. Perhaps this is a "Get off my lawn" moment. But it's a lightbulb. Anyway, I got home and installed all the bulbs I bought and not a single one of the 20 worked with my home. Wasted hours and now have to dig through the trash and put the old bulbs back in until I find a compatible bulb. An * next to "Dimmable" label on the front of the box to let people know to check before buying might be a nice touch. Also, when someone calls for them to be at least apologetic and try to help instead of telling me "It's right on the box". Anyway, tomorrow I'm buying new bulbs. Not one will be from this company.

I purchased Feit Electric Inc exterior LED light fixtures for residential use at Coscto with a 5 year warranty. The Feit Electric Inc exterior LED light fixtures failed multiple times within the first 1.5 years with hardly any use time on them. They did send replacements, but the replacements failed again within the next year, still under 5 years but Feit Electric Inc now says that the replacement LED fixtures have no warranty.
I am pretty sure that their LED fixtures are not built to last 5 years. Feit Electric Inc sell Garbage, poorest LED quality I have ever experienced and I purchase thousands dollars of LED fixtures annually. Feit Electric Inc is now asking me to mail the damaged LED fixtures, at my expense. I am pretty sure that the cost of postage is more then what their LED exterior fixtures are worth.

I bought 2 boxes of the 48 ft LED string lights from Costco last weekend. I was very excited to hang these but very disappointed with the test results! I plugged them in to test and make sure they worked. After trying multiple bulbs in the same socket, one worked so I moved to the next socket. It was a game of chance and in the end most of the sockets or bulbs (who knows) did not work.
I did this with both boxes and ended up with similar results. I will be returning the lights. If you want a good experience with reliable results, DO NOT buy lighting made by Feit Electric.

Just like everyone else I too purchased these from Costco, why!? Well because Costco is known for only reselling decent products. I purchased about 15 boxes for several different apartments, I don't think I have had a single one "burn out" yet. But what did happen to the last set I purchased I did not expect. WIthin 2 months of installing them, the plastic lid that is over the LED cracked and popped off. Nope this didn't just happen to one of them, it happened to all 4 boxes I purchased.
Yes they nearly hit me and my 3 week old kid; we were both on the couch and the light is above the couch. The next one popped off in our bedroom. I boxed that garbage up and returned it to Costco. They didn't seem to be surprised that I was returning them. I don't want Costco to stop carrying this product, I want Feit to make a better product. Get some decent QA going guys. If this hits someone they might sue you. I have pictures. Want to see them?
