I've never shopped at this location before. Before driving there I called about a specific electrical part before the 40 minutes one way drive. When I arrived they didn't have the items I called about. Drove another 40 minutes home empty handed. Ordered the items on Amazon but I have to delay the job 4 days.

I have had two experiences with the service department and both were entirely positive. I had a very old lamp repaired, and I was concerned as it was fragile and special to me. The second piece was a lighted make up mirror that was over 15 years old and needed a new interior socket and bulb, and a new cord. The repairs on both pieces were done promptly, everything requested was done exactly as discussed, the pieces looked beautiful and the price was more than reasonable. Excellent service.

I appreciate the helpfulness of the lighting showroom sales persons. They've helped my family to find just the right fixture to meet our needs. The counter sales men have always had just what our contractor or electrician needed for all of our home improvement projects.
I like that I can create an order and make payments, and when it's all paid for my electrician can pick it up and install it for me! Friendly, helpful staff. Bright, cheerful lighting showroom. Plenty of suppliers so that you can find exactly what you need!

My husband and I went here to purchase ceiling fans for 5 locations. Two bedrooms, one gameroom, the family room and our outdoor porch. We got wonderful service, we had outstanding choices and they were very competitively priced. I would definitely buy from them again or recommend them to my family, friends and clients.

We went to Wolberg for a replacement ceiling fan for our livingroom. We could have got the same fan online for a little bit less money. But we would really prefer to support local merchants. The sales rep who worked with us told us that the fan and parts needed to be ordered and would be in the store in 7-10 days. When two weeks passed, we started making calls.
We never got areturn call, and had to call repeatedly to find out about delays. Finally, after 25 days, all the necessary pieces were received at the store. But we had to call to find that out. No one called us. The showroom is lovely, but service a d follow up after the sale are terrible. We won't make that mistake again. Shop there if you like, but buy elsewhere.
