AMAZING customer service! I recently purchased a home that had lighting purchased from Tech Lighting (perhaps 15 years ago). I contacted customer service and supplied photos of the light to find out if it could be repaired/replaced. I was contacted immediately by a CS representative where they told me all I needed was one small, missing part to remedy my problem. The clincher, they offered to send it to me at no charge! In this day and age of app-driven service, it's great to experience this level of service.

Bought 3 pendant lights that I love but could only get 1 to work. After a lot of trouble shooting at home without success, Tech Lighting fixed the fixtures for me (instead of having to return and try again with new fixtures) and now I'm a very very happy customer with 3 pendant lights that all work! They also gave me new replacement bulbs. Great service in Skokie - went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Will be buying more fixtures in the future from Tech Lighting!
