I read such good reviews. Sorely disappointed. Walked in at 2 pm weekday. No other customers in store. Person at front said hi. I went back to look at type of lamp I was interested in. Looked for over 10 minutes, looking at tags and testing lamps and no one came over to see if I needed help. So I left and as I exited she said have a good day. Really? Unfortunately this store just lost a sale of 2 lamps.

Just moved into our first house and needed some light fixtures. Stopped by intending just to look around, and found some wonderful lamps. Great service and professional sales staff. No pressure sales. Definitely loved the place and will he returning.

Just moved into the area and my wife and I were in the market for some table lamps. Found exactly what we were looking for at Avon Lighting Showroom. Great selection, and friendly staff. There was no pressure to buy, we were able to browse the store and once we found our lamps, the staff was very friendly. Even helped to carry our purchase out to our car. If you are looking for great, quality lamps, you need to go to Avon Lighting Showroom

After buying and returning a new chandelier from a big box store that was not what was pictured from the ad, we went to Avon Lighting. The stock on display, friendly knowledgeable staff, and competitive pricing were all beyond my expectations. Dan went out of his way to be sure we were satisfied with our selection and price. Don't waste your time looking for that special lamp elsewhere. This will be my "go to" store for this type of purchase in the future.

I can't say enough about Avon Lighting! They have fixed 3 old, very unusual clocks that other people in the past told me to throw out - Avon Lighting is up to a challenge! And they have beautiful lighting and shades!

Avon Lighting has it all - knowledge, selection (and if they don't have it, they will order it), competitive pricing, and AMAZING customer service. They even helped me (and fixed btw) with problem on a light I didn't even buy from them. As well, I had an under counter light that failed. They literally just handed me a new one without a hesitation or receipt.just a "bring back the dead one when you can." Won't find better anywhere else!

Cute store with a large selection. I love how well the owner and his wife helped me find the shade I was looking for. I had gone to so many other places and no one had just what I was looking for. Also love how it is family run and owned. I am definetly going there for all my lighting needs

After working with big box places and the huge lighting store in Hartford, this place was a wonderful stop. I'll never go back to the others. The prices are virtually the same but the people here are very nice and actually help me. No one tried to bully me into a sale like other places I've been. They seemed to know all the brands and all the styles from our description they found us exactly what we needed. A+
