The 23 W compact florescence lamp bulb that I bought a little more than a year ago at Home Depot stopped working. This company is not hooked up to the powersatisfaction.com/lights website as the box says it should be. An email I sent online seems to just disappear without actually going through. VERY SHADY!

Tried to do business with them and place a large order but they don't return phone calls or emails. When I ask for the owner the response is "he doesn't speak English" Consider trying a company with better customer service that can speak English.

3/7/16 I emailed & called them to request missing parts from 3 light units that I had purchased. Every time I called I was told to give them my email address so they could send me an RMA to supply the missing parts. Needless to say I have received no response. As far as customer service, nonexistent. Never had a response to my email.
