In the spring of 1992, our founder Ed, went to a local home improvement store to buy low voltage pathlights for his backyard. After seeing the selection (or lack thereof) and the quality of their lights, not to mention having to pick out the lights from only a sealed box under the blaring fluorescent lights.
JD Young has been in the lighting industry for over 30 years, most of which were strictly in landscape lighting. JD's training has included factory tours and seminars from some of the top manufacturers in the industry. His experience has given JD the knowledge and skill to help the customer through all phases of a landscape lighting project, from fixture choice to the final design.
Since 1992, we have specialized in tree lighting or more specifically "moonlighting". With the conversion of the old mercury vapor lights to LED, it is now easier than ever to have gorgeous moonlights in your trees. The Moon Visions Lighting family of bullets allows for high-powered LED lights but in low voltage - you can illuminate your 60+ ft trees with 12V lights and get the same soft and effective moonlight shadows below. Choose from 22W all the way down to 1.5W, depending on the height of your trees.
If you are in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, come visit our showroom displaying over 80 lights by a variety of manufacturers, complete with blackout shades to replicate a nighttime setting. Our realistic indoor alfresco display simulates tree lighting, arbor lights, uplighting, wall lights, fountain lights, statue lighting and much more.

Amazing store, beautiful showroom, and knowledgeable people! Best in the business for sure. Unlike other places that push for LEDs, this store will weigh all the options and explain the benefits of each type, and where each type is best used for. That's quality salesmanship, and their products are top quality as well. I recommend!
