Vanderwist installed my system in the fall of 2004. Twice a year since that installation they have activated my system in the spring and deactivated the system each fall. When I needed maintenance or repairs they scheduled that for my convenience. I solidly recommend Vanderwist! Still using Vanderwist after 18 years and still very satisfied!

Very pleased with install of my original sprinkler system and on-going maintenance. Professional, prompt and good communication. Honestly - nothing has gone wrong in past two years and not really much to say - which is pretty much what I want out of my sprinkler system and on-going experience! Does it job and the folks and Vanderwist are always very quick to respond and easy to work with!

RE-POSTING MY REVIEW - DO NOT POST MY LAST NAME IN YOUR RESPONSE! New irrigation system did not last a single full season. Leaked 3 times in the same place, 6 months apart. Appointments are always 2+ weeks out. They treat fixing their mistakes as a favor. Messy, left dirt behind after installing the system. Had to constantly micromanage - poor plumbing job, everything crooked. Forgot to install sprinklers and told me I owe them for installing extra. P.S, As they replied to original review, they do have contract terms with 1-yr warranty and apparently these terms prohibit you from using other vendors or even de-winterize your own system.

I did use another vendor to add zones for the reasons listed above. I do not see how it takes away from the fact that the system had 2 leaks and same valve leaked 3 times within a matter of 18 months. The free repairs that result in your customers fixing the same problem only 6 months later is a clear quality trend.

Had a estimator come out on June 24th for a quote to install sprinkler system and lighting. 2 weeks Have gone by and still no quote. Called after a week to their office and they were supposed to follow up and get back to me.no feedback. Got fed up after 2 weeks and told them to not worry about it. Won't ever recommend. No way it takes that long to get a quote.

What a great place to do business with! From the 1st phone call, to meeting with a salesman, all the way through the installers demonstrating how to use the system was very professional! I received an email from the office with the app information before the installers even left my property. The app is very informative! My experience with Vanderwist was a pleasure.

I have a home irrigation system designed, installed, and maintained by Vanderwist. The service technicians are knowledgeable and get to the root of a problem quickly. Vanderwist is flexible and overall a top notch company.

I have used Vanderwist for nearly all of their 30 years in business. I used them for original installation and expansion of our irrigation system. I have also used their opening and closing services every year. Every Spring they get my system up and properly running. After nearly 27 years, there are sometimes worn-out heads or other damaged components that need repair. Always excellent service.

Vanderwist has created an incredibly warm and inviting front and backyard environment at our West Chester home. Combination of up and down lighting around deck areas, fireplace, hot tub, and landscaping. Complete architectural design and implementation of trees, plants, boulder walls, lighting, and 6 zones of irrigation in new front yard. We're incredibly satisfied with professionalism and attention to details. Best service team ever.
