Edgy cuts with simple lines and modern glass shapes exemplify the coming together of both rustic and contemporary styles that can fit into any of today's home styles and are offered in a wide assortment of finishes. Our best-selling collection of metal artwork is the Pine Cone. We hand-make our 3-Dimensional Pine Cones out of steel, attach them to texturized metal branch and attach steel pine needles.
We then take it a step further and hand apply patinas for a natural forest look. Plain rustic bands and inspired art patterns are the basis for the Southwest Lighting collection.

Avalanche Ranch Lighting has been making rustic lodge lighting fixtures for more then 20 years. Our lights encompass a style that is known by various names such as: lodge lighting, cabin lighting, log home lighting, Southwestern lighting or Western lighting. Our lights are handmade of steel and can be finished in a variety of colors.

In 1997, Avalanche Ranch moved to Bellingham, Washington and began manufacturing hand-crafted rustic lodge lighting out of steel.
Since 1997, Avalanche Ranch's products have helped design professionals create fantastic looking interiors for both the home and hospitality settings. This place is great. Stood in one of the wagons. For sure meant for only 2! You can maybe get away with sleeping 3 kids as long as they have slept in a tent prior. The wagons come with everything you will need: coffee maker, comfy bed, a heater that keeps the place HOT!, benches, a small pull out table, and a BBQ grill for each individual place to use.
The "hot springs" are a nice addition. The pools are fed by what I believe is river water heated thermally. This means that there is lower mineral content than what would normally be in a naturally flowing spring. However, this does not lessen the level of relaxation or enjoyment. The views are phenomenal, especially at sunset With 3 open pools available and one hidden tub (hint it is in the shed). There is also a plunge pool that was empty during our stay. For sure coming back here in the summertime!

I enjoyed my experience for the most part! The place is beautiful and the wagon I stayed in was cozy and warm! However they do not do much to protect guest from icy pathways and rhe treacherous hill you must drive up to get to the accommodations and pools I saw an older lady slip and fall while trying to get to the bathroom. She was no the only one having trouble as I slipped a few times and it was a conversation that came up in the pools quite a bit. Also, given the speed some cars have to come up the road to get to the top some sand and ice melt would go along way! If they aren't going to take guest safety into consideration maybe they should not open in the winter

I had booked a small tiny house for my birthday yesterday. One of the biggest storms this winter rolled in and completely packed in McClure pass. My partner and I live in Paonia and scrambled to get our 4 Wheel Dr car fixed that same day and did thank god. The storm just got larger and the snow just got deeper, cars were sliding off of the road in the pass.
So we realized driving over would be impossible at that time we were due to go. I was so excited to celebrate my birthday and finally get a date night with my love. Instead of working with us because of the storm, which ended up resulting in an avalanche on the pass, they pretty much told us that it's our fault we weren't prepared and kept all of our money.
I will never spend a night here or recommend this establishment to anyone. People warned me about booking here because of the manner they choose to treat customers. Honestly, super bummed out.

This place is what you make of it. We love hot springs and so we stayed in the Covered Wagon to be as close to the pools as possible. It was rain/snow the entire time we were there which seemed to scare people out of the pools so we had them to ourselves. Since the weather was so cool we were able to hop in and out and soak for hours without getting too hot, it was gorgeous and incredibly relaxing. The hosts are very accommodating, I highly recommend staying the night to see some stars. The wagons stay warm and the beds are comfy.

We came to Avalanche Ranch for a portion of our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. We stayed in the cutest, cozy little cabin, soaked in the hot spring tubs with a spectacular view of the mountains, and had an amazing massage at the ranch. It was quiet and not over crowded, and extremely relaxing. We went into town to Glenwood Springs, about 30 mins away, and rode a gondola to the top of a mountain and had brunch. It was truly a magical and beautiful experience.

Sooooo not sure why this is rated one of the top spots in Colorado. It was absolutely one of the worst experiences in my life. This place was a let down as soon as I arrived because it was much smaller than in the pictures. But I still wanted to give them a chance. There was a huge inconvenience when I tried to check In because the receptionist had written down my wrong appointment time.
The girls that work there basically told me that it was unfortunate mistake but I wouldn't be accommodated at all. They charged me $125 fir a 36 minute massage that was supposed to be for 1 hour. I kid you not that it took place in a makeshift space in a super old dimly lit not great smelling cabin. The "Masseuse" would ask my opinion or for direction and then do nothing of what I requested.
It was pointless and disappointing and probably would have been even more so if I would have gotten the actual hour that I was booked and charged for. The environment, the uncaring staff plus the 2 small pools that seemed overly crowded ruined my whole outlook so much that I ended up not even being able to enjoy a long anticipated hot springs visit from out of state and I urge anyone to book anywhere else if you have higher standards for a hot springs vacation! Will never return.

Amazing hot springs surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery. Although the hot springs are small - they are almost never crowded. My friends and I love coming here. We make a reservation for the hot springs only. The cabins look very adorable and cozy but we haven't stayed. A trip to Marble or Redstone, lunch at the best barbecue place in the area Slow Groovin BBQ, and soak in the hot springs makes it a perfect day!

Absolutely loved our time here! We stayed in the Hill Top tiny house and not only was it adorable, but it was pretty secluded and had a private restroom right nextdoor. The springs were amazing. I was so pleased that Avalanche Ranch wasn't a crowded tourist spot. There were never more than two other people in the springs and once, we even had it to ourselves. The gift shop is awesome and we loved petting the animals and walking the property. I can't wait to come back next year!
