I was looking for a replacement bulb for one of access lightning's own discontinued bulb. chat room rep just said if you don't have the sku # or model # they cant help me. i gave her the model # right off the old bulb. I received no reply. if that's how they treat customers i don't want to be one. I would encourage others to not waste time with this sorry excuse for a business and just go to home depot.
