Emailed and asked for help with some lighting updates in our facility. Was told that someone would be in touch. A month later I had to email again and was told a rep would be in contact. Got a call that afternoon, set up a walk through of our facility. He came and asked some questions and I told him our needs. He said he would be in touch with me not long after that with some ideas. I never heard a thing. Emailed a month later to ask what was going on, no response. Oh well.
