Outdoor lighting enhances the beauty of your property, makes your home safer and more secure, and increases the number of pleasurable hours you spend outdoors. And it is an investment that pays off handsomely in the value it adds to your home. These might include recessed lighting around the perimeter of the room, a chandelier or central decorative fixture for general lighting, wall sconces for mood and portable lamps for reading and other tasks. Use dimmers whenever possible for maximum control of all fixtures.
Appointments are strongly encouraged and will be given priority access to one of our lighting and design experts. Renovations or new construction for multiple rooms, whole houses, or other large projects will still REQUIRE an appointment to provide ample time for your consultation. Walk-ins are welcome for touch-free browsing; however, with limited staffing, we may not be immediately available for questions or information.

Called ahead for an appointment was told they were not busy and to come over. When we arrived, we were pointed to some lights and the salesperson went back to her desk. She did come back over to tell us the price (clearly marked) of the lights we were looking at and to print out some papers. She did not offer to look up similar styles or give suggestions or do any of the things you would expect of an in-person visit with a website that states, appointment suggested.
On our way out I asked how to purchase, we were told, online. I guess she couldn't be bothered- no name or card given. Other than a few more in-person selections, big box store had stock or could be ordered within a week instead of the 4-6 weeks we were told. Even though we saw some fixtures we liked, their indifference cost them our sale.

Incredible store. Don't waste your time at the Big Box stores that either don't have the inventory or the staff to help you get it, Just Lights is the place to go. I needed parts for lights that I had purchased from another vendor and was now regretting. After making endless calls to various suppliers and even the Manufacturer, I stumbled upon "Just Lights" in Nashua.
On Thursday, I called and spoke with Jenafer M. regarding the issue. She said that she couldn't guarantee anything but, would see what she could do. After not hearing from her the following day, I figured that I was out of luck and was going to have to go another route. On Saturday morning, Jenafer called to say that she had been waiting for a callback from one of their sources but, it never came. However, it turned out that one of her Coworkers had discovered the parts that I needed in their warehouse and would gladly sell them to me.
I arrived at the store and was greeted with an incredible showroom bustling with activity and several employees happy to assist me. I met Jenafer, who made sure that the parts were the correct ones, paid a discounted price for them and was on my way. Just Lights and Jenafer specifically, turned what could have been a major inconvenience into a non-issue and I am truly grateful. If you're looking for anything lighting related, check with Just Lights in Nashua first and ask for Jenafer, you won't be disappointed.

I was referred to Just Lights by a friend and very happy for that. It is a really cool place with an unbelievable array of lighting displayed throughout the gorgeous old mill building. Megan went to great lengths to help me select the best outdoor post lights for my home. She was very patient and a great listener. I brought the arm from a 40 year old ceiling fan in hopes of getting a replacement. The good folks at Just Lights tried mightily but were unable to find one. I appreciate their efforts. I was amazed by the lights that they had on display. If you are in the market for some fabulous lights, you should consider looking here. Imagine the service they give to customers that purchase something!

Cody was extremely helpful and professional while we selected a few new light fixtures for our house. He was very communicative during the whole process and while we waited for the back ordered items to be delivered. Cody went above and beyond to help us find the right style for what we were looking for, for each fixture. Working with Just Lights is not like shopping at a regular lights store, it is like working with design consultants that really care about your lighting projects. I would highly recommend Just Lights to anyone looking for new light fixtures and/or looking for help for any lighting project.

Great selection and customer service. During COVID they have suggested you make an appointment. We were not aware if this and showed up at the door.we only had to wait five minutes for a customer service rep. Jeff joined us and spent all the time with us we needed to make our selection for purchasing some outdoor lights. We've used them before when we built our house and will use them again if the need arises.

Purchased $2000 in exterior lights from Just Lights two weeks ago. The purpose of my visit Saturday was to ask a question about the pier mounts for the fixtures ordered. After standing at the main entrance (door locked / woman at desk staring), a clerk abruptly answered the door asked if I had an appointment (door cracked open). I responded that I had a question about an order recently placed (still standing outside in rain).
The clerk responded, I have another appointment. I responded that based on this customer service, I would be canceling my order and would take my business elsewhere. Thank you Questions 1. Do you typically leave your customers standing in the rain who just spent $2000 on lights? I had a mask on, so there was no reason to be denied entry just inside the door.
No excuse. 2. Is Just Lights only interested in the sale? Based on the reception yesterday, it appears after sale customer service is an annoyance. That's unfortunate but extreme clear to me. 3. What's required to get a return email? Wasted my time driving to your Nashua to receive no service. I will take my business elsewhere. Can't stand the attitude received yesterday.
Please don't use COVID as the reason to leave customers standing in the rain, I had a mask on to protect others. Terrible customer service. For prospective customers, shop / spend your money elsewhere.

Very disappointed with just lights they can't tell me when my lights are coming and to be truthfully honest they sounded like they could care less they basically told me if I wanted to cancel it was OK versus doing whatever they could to get me the information I was asking for I would not buy anything again from the store we've had one other purchase there before and it was extremely good this time around extremely extremely poor

This store is terrific! They have quite a selection of beautiful lighting fixtures (crystal chandeliers!) and Heather provides excellent, knowledgeable, thoughtful service. Want bulbs? Just call Heather! I haven't gone anywhere else since I began working with Heather 8-9 years ago. We also purchased a fixture from Heather for our condo in Florida.it arrived in excellent condition and in a timely fashion.

We moved from Southern Calif. and needed lighting for a complete remodel in Dunstable. The showroom has a great selection, but the greatest part of dealing with Just Lights is the staff. Heather our Sales Executive did an amazing job. She came to our home multiple times for choosing the correct size and design. She is very professional! Just Lights is located near the new Broad Street Parkway in Nashua and is such an interesting store. The large selection of lights of all types will keep your visual senses going the entire time you are in the store. They seem to have the simple to complex covered here. I am amazed that you can buy such extraordinary lights that are pieces of art and then ask for the simplest of things like a bulb and they have it, not only have it but give you the same level of service for either interest. This store is a must stop, if you appreciate lights of any level and design. They will brighten your day with selection and service.

Great selection of good quality lights. My husband and I spent a whirlwind 2 hours with Jeff on a Saturday morning choosing lights and ceiling fans for virtually every room in our new home. He was knowledgeable and took the time to show us many options for each room even on a busy Saturday. Jeff kept us informed of when certain items arrived to their showroom and helped to load the car.
When we returned a broken light shade it was replaced immediately with one that was in stock - no questions asked. We compared the prices we paid at Just Lights to internet prices - Just Lights was the same as online and the best part was we could see what we were buying.

We purchased a chandelier which they ordered from the manufacturer for us. After we got the call that it was in, we picked it up, brought it home and installed it. At that point we could see the damage to the arms of the chandelier. One phone call, and, no questions asked, they ordered a replacement. In about a week we got the call, and they brought it to our home, and installed the new one for us. This one looks great! We could not have asked for them to handle the situation any better than they did.

This store can be difficult to find as it is in the back of the millyard and off the beaten path, near the "projects". Clue one, this store performs poorly. Despite its odd location, it is presented nicely. So I stopped in to shop for wall sconces for our new home. I was prepared to drop some $ in this place, had I been given the chance. I was greeted by a friendly hello at the door by the receptionist but that was the end of my encounters with staff.
It didn't seem to busy for a Saturday afternoon, I expected to be waited on eventually. I wondered around, searched through some catalogs and looked around for a salesperson to approach me. I ended up walking out. (which i noticed another lady do the same) There were some staff people around, on computers etc. Thanks for inspiring me to purchase online Just Lights! Your prices cannot compare to what ive found elsewhere.

We were there looking for a ceiling fan and flipping through catalogs for more than an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Literally not a single employee even said hello to us or welcomed us, let alone offered to help. I understand that it's a busy day, but seriously? Maybe we were too young or not dressed right. Well, it's their loss because now we're just going to buy online.

Beautiful space with nicely displayed lighting items. Friendly staff, but not overbearing. Heather helped me to find a less expensive "knockoff"-type brand in style I had chosen from a more expensive display model in the showroom. I paid for my item and waited about 10 days for my item to arrive. After I picked it up, I noticed a couple of the parts were scratched. I called Just Lights and with no questions asked, they had a new unit shipped to the store that I picked up. Excellent customer service. I would shop here again.
